foot pain every day for years until I tried the Quantum 2 about 6 months ago. They changed my feet and my life. I can do my job (retail on cement floors) without excruciating pain from plantar fasciitis, bad knees and a bad back. they are well worth the price! If you have ever paid for custom orthotics, you know. Get you some KURU'S your feet will thank you!!

I like my brown canvas Kuru Roams, but it’s time for new laces. The original laces are perfectly color-matched, so naturally I’d like to get replacements. I’d happily pay for them… but when I called Kuru to ask how I can get some, they said they don’t provide replacement laces at this time. And we all know that when companies say, ‘at this time,’ it really means ‘never.’ They just don’t like to say it. The person I spoke with then wasted my time by advising me that maybe I could find and buy similar laces somewhere else, like maybe Amazon? :/ Considering Kuru shoes have to be ordered from Kuru (they don’t use resellers), you wouldn’t think they’d have to worry about scammers hitting them up for free laces or anything. Obviously, I bought shoes from them. But there was no reason given. They just won’t help you get replacement laces for your (fairly expensive) shoes. That’s pretty bush-league right there. I don’t think I’ll be buying any more Kuru shoes. It’s too bad, because when I went on their website to look for laces, I really liked the look of one of their new shoes and thought I’d order a pair soon. Forget that. Gives me the feeling that Kuru must be under new management, and someone’s trying to boost the bottom line no matter what. Disappointing.

When I bought two different styles of sneakers in identical sizes and one didn’t fit, KURU quickly and easily, for me, processed my return and refund. With this kind of follow-thru by KURU, I immediately ordered another pair of the ones that fit perfectly, in a different color. Thanks KURU!!

The shoes that were purchased will be worn by my granddaughter in an operating room. Your website sold these shoes. The nonslip properties are important in a setting such as this. Thank you for the great descriptions of the Shift shoe.
