Great Service
When I ordered my shoes, I accidentally ordered the wrong color. The representative was very helpful and setting up my return and for a new pair of shoes to be sent out as soon as I returned the wrong ones.

Utter disappointment
I bought these shoes due to Consumer Reports' recommendation; what a disappointment. While the shoes fit and are decently comfortable when on, they are not 'easily' slip on; for me they don't slip on at all without using my hands because the heels collapse into the shoes. This means removing the shoes, fixing the heels and then putting them on with my hands. They take longer to put on than sneakers I need to lace up. Then, as a kicker, after wearing them for a week, I developed a blister as big around as a dime on my heel because of the shoe heel mfg. I'm completely disappointed in the shoes and I am looking at Consumer Reports with a more jaundiced eye (I wondered for a minute if they were taking bribes for reviews).

I love my Draft 2
I love my Draft 2, they are so light and cuddle my foot with good cushioning, make me forget about my foot pain. but I need them in top condition. It has been 7 months every day wearing them, I think they need new insole. I just inquired if they can send me, Jessie was so quick to response and done exactly what I needed. Thank you! No other shoes company does that. Kuru is a bit pricey but there are good reasons behind it. Good products and good people. Please never change.

Good order and return process, but no narrow option.
Good website, easy order process. Good too have a contact phone number for a real person who emailed me a return label. The inner soles felt great on my sore feet. But, although I normally wear a size 9, the 9.5 I ordered had my toe hitting the end. Since you don't offer a size in narrow, a size 10 medium would be way too wide.
