Great shoes and great Customer support …
The shoes are comfortable and a great help for my workouts and my day at work. When I experienced a problem with one of the shoes within a few weeks of purchase (an eyelet broke), the Kuru Guru who replied to my notification was prompt and sympathetic. I can see that a new pair of shoes was put in the mail immediately.

Disappointed - my favorite shoe being discontinued!
Your shoes and customer service has always been excellent - prompt, professional, knowledgeable but unfortunately, the shoes I was inquiring about is being discontinued. They are perfect for my feet - I am a diabetic. Thus I am extremely disappointed. I would have purchased several pairs earlier if I had known your business decision.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever had
Most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I have a pair of Flex and Apogee and theyre fantastic. Putting on my old Reebok and Adidas shoes feels awful now, I've been spoiled 😫

After a short wait
After a short wait, a Kuru guru answered all my questions and was very polite doing so… Thanks for your great service. Unfortunately, I noted today that my accumulated points going back to 2024 have expired… Feels like a kick in the teeth… During the term I’ve had a hip replacement two wrist surgeries, the implant of a defibrillator and a month in the hospital last fall with a heart issue… The last thing on my mind was using my accumulated points. Big disappointment.
