Best company I have ever ordered from! Quick response to help me return shoes and will send out the new size as soon as they are returned. Answered every question I had thoroughly and gave me great suggestions if the bigger pair doesn’t work.

Great customer service, great shoes
Great customer service, the shoes are amazing for both myself and my husband as we have foot problems. I cant say enough good things about this company. I have always gotten great compliments about my shoes, and I have told many people about the brand.

Customer service was helpful but your website needs some help to make it more user friendly. I was trying to get a code from Kuru which kept going to an old phone number. I finally changed it.
Customer service was helpful but your website is not that user friendly. It took 3 phone calls to try and put my order in as my old cell phone was listed. At the end, they told me to place my order in as a guest instead of my being able to sign in. I believe the phone number was finally changed to my new number so I could receive a code. Very frustrating.

Great Customer Support
The Kuru representative was highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She resolved my issue fully, quickly and with no hassle. The shoes are very comfortable and supportive, greatly reducing my plantar fasciitis pain.
