10+ star for Customer Service! Lindee, Gloria were amazing! The excellent level of their service cannot be matched. The quick answer and transfer to a call was unbelievable! They were professional, kind, attentive and gave great recommendations . I was skeptic at first to buy another expensive pair of shoes due to my painful foot with planter fasciitis and stabing heels, but after I received the first pair my pain went from a 10 down to a 2. Within a few weeks I ordered 3 more pairs. KURU shoes are fantastic !
