I love my Kuru shoes
I love my Kuru shoes. I have worn them for at least the past 6 years. They have excellent support which is essential for my job which is pretty physical and requires standing on concrete for 8 hours a day. I have tried several different styles and they all have their unique features. I recently needed some help from customer service, and that too was a top notch experience.

Thank you so much for your continued support over the past six years! It means a lot to know your KURUs have provided the comfort and support you need through long days on concrete, and that you've found styles that work well for you. We're also delighted to hear your recent experience with our customer service team was just as positive. Thank you for being part of the KURU family!

The fast response time and attention to detail.
The reply I received from Mindee was fast, as was my reply to her. Now I am waiting for the outcome. My expierences with KURU are very positive. First the shoes are terrific, they took care of the knee pain, except for the very expensive slippers, which aggrevated the pain, hence my email. Earlier I needed to make an exchange because I was sent a ladies size, the process couldn't have been easier and prompt. This I can tell you Sketchers has lost a customer and KURU gained one.
