I really appreciate the quick response and how the answer to my question was perfectly clear and uncomplicated. I did not have to explain my question in any further detail. Great customer service, great shoes, and fast.
I purchased a shoe that described my needs almost perfectly. They had a composot toe which is not needed for me and it was not comfortable while walking due to the shape of my foot. I asked a few questions, got quick answers and guidance to easily make an exchange for free. The replacement kinetic 2 sneakers are great and fit perfectly. Order from Kuru, if you screw up they will fix it. Thanks.

I love the shoes!
I love the shoes but am baffled by the sizes. The shoes really help my heels, I am a chiropractor and on my feet all day so the shoes are important.

Great Customer Service
I only had a minor issue (I got the wrong insole in one shoe) but it was handled quickly and easily. They even gave me a partial refund for their mistake, which wasn’t needed, but I liked that they went out if their way to make things right.
