Joe was very nice, understood the issue and made the experience pleasant and seemless. Upset that the sneakers didnt withstand the wear on the court. Would expect them to last longer
Response from KURU FootwearAug 17, 2026
Thank you for sharing this feedback! We’re glad to hear Joe was able to understand the issue and make your experience pleasant and seamless. We’re sorry, though, that the sneakers didn’t hold up to the wear of playing on the court. We completely understand expecting more durability from a pair of shoes, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you need any further assistance, our GURU team would be happy to help at [email protected].
