They made good on my soles of my shoe…
They made good on my soles of my shoe that came off. Was quick with there response to my issue and issued me new ones. Very happy with the results. Will recommend this company to my mail carrier coworkers.

Top-class customer service
Not only did customer service respond to me on a Sunday morning and allow return to a place easier for me, but the refund came within days, far faster than the standard week or two. The quality of the shoes is unmistakably the highest. Now to get a style that has some style.

Their shoes are nice but in one of my…
Their shoes are nice but in one of my orders, I got a used shoe and so they’re working on fixing the issue, but I am waiting on them to respond to my email again. Overall, so far so good. Just don’t reuse shoes and call them new, when they’re not.

We do not sell used shoes as new, so this was a human error on our end, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience it caused. Sales representatives know their product
All three reps were kind and patient. After placing my order for CURAs, I mentioned my Adam 2's were not as cushiony anymore since I had lived in them every day for a year. The rep is sending me a a set of free insoles, per Kuru policy. I forgot to mention my bonus points and called back. The rep said no problem n refunded my 📱 card. I changed my mind on color choice n called back again. The third rep said no problem, canceled my order, and reordered my new color choice. While in college, I took a marketing class. Both the professor and textbook agreed that people don't necessarily buy because they have faith in product and/or service, but because they have faith in the sales representative. KURU reps know their product, company policy, and how to treat customers.

Your response to my email was very fast…
Your response to my email was very fast and personalized. It made me feel valued. I hope to see more wide options for women in the future especially in sandals. I also hope to see more options with the improved Kurusole in more styles and colors. You need tan or brown options not just black and grey. The men's wide shoe with the improved Kurusole fit my husband great (true to size) and supports his ankle as he deals with supination better than any other shoe we have tried. He says it works better than the multiple custom-made orthotics and other high-end brand of shoes he has tried.

My husband was having issues with the…
My husband was having issues with the shoe we got. We had a unique situation as time got away from us (due to medical issues). I contacted KURU to see if there was anything we could do to get him an exchange into a larger size. They were very kind and compassionate regarding his situation. They approved a return/exchange to help us out. They are an amazing company and stand behind their shoes. I highly recommend them and am forever grateful for their kindness and compassion.
