The shoes are nice, but beware, if you receive the wrong product, they will refund, BUT you are expected to pay return shipping. In my case, I received a pair of bots that were obviously marked with the wrong size. The boots were $53, and it would have cost me $55 to ship them back, so I’m just stuck with them and out $53.

First off it took a while to get the shoes only to get a cheaply made attempt to copy the picture. I am so unsatisfied. I was so excited when I ordered only to be disappointed. Now I’m on the search for the real website that has the real shoes!

Wish I could give this company zero stars waited close to eight weeks for horrible quality shoes! The sticthingwas terrible and the shoes looked like a knock off from the photos on the site. You have to pay shipping to purchase and return the shoes the sizing is way off so good luck to getting the right size for you. When I asked if there was a way to waive the shipping fee since I had to wait so long to receive my order, which was a christmas gift that didn't fit or get here in time (due to the item being "restocked" ) they offered me a bogus $10 off coupon that doesn't even work.. Worst experience I have ever had with an online site by far.

If you want to wait a month and still have no shoes order from this company. I cannot review the shoes I ordered December 2nd and still have e not received. Company did respond and gave some lame excuse.

I recently ordered three pairs of these shoes. I did not open the brown pair until it was past the time Amazon would make a refund. They had TWO LEFT shoes in the bag. As I have done with other Amazon sellers, I reached out directly to the company and got a response from Hannah Lee. Even though it was their mistake in packing the shoes, they would not send a right shoe or another pair. I will not recommend them again but it you do buy a pair, open it as soon as you get it!

Horrible Company!!! DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING from these scumbags!!!! You will never receive anything for months, do not bother to reach out to them. If you are lucky enough to get what you order you CAN NEVER RETURN it under any circumstances!!!!

I ordered shoes August 6, 2020 it’s August 19 I am getting no response from them regarding a tracking number do not! they’re horrible order from Amazon if you want to try their crappy ass shoes. I can’t believe the bad service and I reiterate do not order from this website.
