Ordered size 10 on 3/4/23 received size 5 on 3/22/23. Contacted Tiosebon customer service by email, along with picture of wrong size tag on shoe. Received two emails. One email 3/22/23 stated the correct size would be sent expedited shipping. Nothing sent. Next email 3/26/23 states they will ship in one week. Nothing again and it is now 4/5/23.

I ordered a pair of shoes in my size but got a pair of shoes half the size. It isn't a store in the US so a return will cost just as much. This really sucks. I will not be recommending this site.

I order on September 11 it still say order place I was told 9 to 16 business days…it is now October the 10 I emailed customer service no response ….I will never order fro y’all again false advertisement

Ordered after checking the address, which said California. Nope. They came from China, which took twice as long to arrive then anticipated. So I was out of town when they were finally delivered. By the time I got home it was outside the return time (7 days, how?). I ordered my normal size after looking at reviews. These shoes are at least a full size too big and way too wide. They fit like a men's wide width. An extra pair of thick socks wouldn't even help. Even if I could return them, it isn't worth the cost to return. I saw everyone loving these shoes. But they and the company are trash.

Don’t be suckered into anything. The fake designer neoprene bags look EXTREMELY fake. Stitching is off and obvious. Shoes are way too small and I even ordered a size bigger. Their return policy is crap. Out of 5 items only 1 worked out and it’s not worth all the trouble to try to make a return under their guidelines.

Sent fake USPS tracking number. Which means it’s a scam. .
