KonhillReviews of konhill.com

I give them a 3, because shipping is extremely slow and that was not disclosed to me. If I knew shipping took 4-6 weeks, I would have been prepared and ok with it if I did not need the item as a Xmas gift. I finally received my order today. I ordered the blankets/throws...they do look imitation and did not come in a designer box as some of the other people's did that ordered this same item. Their other products do not look like replicas though and all of their products are of good quality. I would order again, now that I know what to expect. Also, the items are a little overpriced in my opinion.

I gave 3 stars because the products I received are nice, but the shipping is extremely slow. My tracking numbers aren't fake, but are USPS only. The tracking info from distro to the USPS Isn't provided

I called your konhill # on tour about 4 times before they called me back but denied any association tiosebon. I am trying to return shoes for refund

I'm giving 3 star because I at least got an e-mail response. I ordered my shoes 4/27 and still no updates. Order# 8815209 still shows LAX since 5/9. These shoes are for vacation and I may not have them in time. I understand Covid delays, but this is a bit longer than I expected. I will reconsider my rating after my shoes arrive.

I have bought this brand shoe online from amazon and knew how comfortable they can be...and these are..but the rating is for the comfort because these shoes have the most unpleasant odor that I've been trying to get rid of since I purchased them in November (now Dec 31st. I didn't return because I was hoping the odor was a temporary thing but it isn't. Not as bad but still there. I thank the company for their suggestion(s) but I have already tried this (setting outside in 40 Deg F for 4 days (twice), setting in my cold garage for several weeks, spraying with fabreze and using charcoal bags to remove odor, none of this worked. Again odor not as bad and any future purchases will be made thru Amazon which I did not have the problem with. Again these shoes are very comfortable but unwearable because I can not get the odor out of them.

I had high hopes when I ordered these shoes but am disappointed. There is no construction in the top, only soft stretchy fabric. My feet slide forward with each step and crowds my toes, very uncomfortable.

Not really happy with konhill services. I recvd shoes that didn't fit me.I had to return them for a refund. But to my surprise when I returned them I had to pay 12$ return shipping cost. Which I think it's to much.I asked konhill to reimburse me for shipping cost. Konhill refused to pay me back. Not good.

Material has changed over the year and the shoe sizing is different. I love the older material better.
