The money I spent on this little tote bag you guys put a picture in the paper like this bag was big this bag is no bigger than my wallet this Marc Jacobs bag that I spent $56 on this is ridiculous you all misled me because you could have put on there picture is not actual size as item that you would get . So misleading

The shoes are nice, but beware, if you receive the wrong product, they will refund, BUT you are expected to pay return shipping. In my case, I received a pair of bots that were obviously marked with the wrong size. The boots were $53, and it would have cost me $55 to ship them back, so I’m just stuck with them and out $53.

I recently ordered three pairs of these shoes. I did not open the brown pair until it was past the time Amazon would make a refund. They had TWO LEFT shoes in the bag. As I have done with other Amazon sellers, I reached out directly to the company and got a response from Hannah Lee. Even though it was their mistake in packing the shoes, they would not send a right shoe or another pair. I will not recommend them again but it you do buy a pair, open it as soon as you get it!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 4/17. Today is 5/11 and I still haven't received my shoes. The FedEx tracking shows that my order has NOT been shipped out yet. There will be at least another 7-10 days of waiting, which will make the total waiting time over a month. While on my order it shows shipping time is from 11-19 days, which is misleading. I won't order it if I know it would take so long.

On my 1st purchases of Tiiosebon/konhill slip-on lightweight shoes from both Amazon and Tiosebon/konhill directly, I was very pleased with the shoes and the service and would have given them a 5 star. However, I decided to try 2 pair of their similar look knit-top sandals, but did not like the way they fit at all. Though the size was right, the knit was too lose around the ankle, potentially being dangerous. One could easily turn an ankle wearing these sandals. I should have checked into their return policy before ordering, it is so restrictive and not easily accomplished. I will be donating them, but will not order directly from their site in the future unless it is a product I know and have had a successful purchase in the past.

I returned my first order was $28, had to returned them because were to big in size, just got notice of the refund but not the full amount of $28, being refunded $23.33 the shipping was free not happy about that

Hi Julio I think there must have some misunderstanding. In our shop, if our customer wants to return we have two different part the first part is our responsibility, if we send the wrong item or bad quality item to our customer we will cover everything no matter exchange shoe shipping fee or full refund. the second part is the customer's responsibility if our customer order the wrong size or unwanted item we also allowed return or refund but the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange or return. that is why we take the $5 away in your order, cause that is for the item from our warehouse shipping fee. Recieved shoes 2 sizes larger than ordered. no paperwork in order to know how to contact company. (my computer had just crashed so couldn't use that) finally used work computer to make contact. waiting to hear from company. Not a pleasant experiance.
