I would like the correct sandals I ordered or my money back this has been a very awful experience from the beginning long shipping process and the communication sucks give me my money or my item please

The only complaint I have is their 7 day return policy. I don't know of any other web site in the US that only allows 7 days to return something. This is insane. What is your hurry? Or are you hoping that people just don't read the return policy until it is too late. For this reason I will never order again.

I called your konhill # on tour about 4 times before they called me back but denied any association tiosebon. I am trying to return shoes for refund

I cannot say enough about the Tiosebon women's slip-on walking shoe; I purchased the 6701 Navy (with the pink inner) from Amazon, and am planning to order a second pair now. First, they're crazy comfortable -- my "regular" tennis shoes, which I haven't worn since buying these, require hard orthopedics, and even then I still ended up with achy feet. With the Tiosebon slip-ons, I don't wear my orthopedics anymore AND my feet don't hurt! In addition, with my "regular" tennis shoes I was constantly getting blisters on the back of my feet whenever I would go for a long walk and had to frequently stop and yank up my socks; I can wear the Tiosebon with or without socks and no blisters! The slip-on factor is SO convenient -- I used to wear flip flops until my toes would turn blue long into the winter because I was too lazy to put on my tennis shoes; the Tiosebon slip-ons are maybe a minute more than the flip flops, but still less complicated then tennis shoes and SO much more comfortable and definitely more appropriate in various weather conditions. Lastly, I have to mention the price -- these are an incredibly great value, and reasonable enough that you can actually buy (as I plan to) a second pair to designate specifically for exercise so you don't track the outdoors into the gym or your treadmill. Two very non-achy feet WAY up!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes 2 of them were the bow tie flip flops. I received the shoes however they were very poorly made with one of them the straps are already coming loose and they have not even been worn yet, the other pair I received the incorrect size. I have tried to contact them by email 5 times with no response and the number listed goes to a voice mail which is never returned. This company is a scam and I will be contacting my bank to file a claim to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! i WILL ALSO BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! To Tiosebon just remember you get back what you put out! and there is always more than 1 way to skin a cat!! This is not the way for you to do business and have loyal customers when advertising and selling poor products and no customer service at all!!!

Poor Quality Shoes and when returned they keep $5 First, shoes had not been delivered in a month. Only after I emailed to complain, were the shoes shipped. I have plantar fasciitis and need shoes with support. They were described as having a very supportive foot bed. They felt like walking on $1 flip flops and looked very cheap also. I was disappointed in both pairs and spent my money to ship them back. Then I found out that they take $5 per pair to restock even after I expressed my dissatisfaction. Will NEVER even consider buying from them, Horrible experience from beginning to end!!!!!

I ordered my shoes on 4/27 - today is 6/9 - still no shoes. I will be filing a claim through PayPal and will not purchase from this firm again.

I ordered shoes over 5 weeks ago that were supposed to arrive in 10 days. I still do not have the shoes. The tracking hasn't updated since April 28th and I have emailed many times and they always respond with "Give it 2-3 more days and if they don't arrive we will refund you full amount." I filed a claim with paypal and they haven't responded to Paypal yet. I still don't have the shoes or my money! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Also, they act like they are in California but the damn shoes are coming from CHINA!
