Customer service sucks. They don't respond to emails & no phone number available. I placed an order, funds deducted from my account but when I go to their website, my order can't be found even though I have an order number. They don't even offer a way to track an order. I should've did my research and read reviews about this company before making a purchase. I feel scammed of my $129. I will never order anything from Konhill Boutique. Omg.... it makes sense now, "Kon"hill....it's a con!

I placed an order today. Right after I placed it I reached out to cancel it. Have not heard back

I placed an order with them and like other comments it took a very long time to get my order. When I received my order (boots and purse set) the boots were too narrow and I could not fit them. I requested a return label and they will not send me one. I have explained to them why I want to return the order. Every time I send them an email they respond with a question as to why I want to return the boots then why I want to return the purse. I just want to return it all and be done with them. I will NEVER order from them again......

I ordered something in mid March and have not received it yet, I email the company no response, I don’t understand why it takes so long to get a package. I sent them the confirmation number and everything and no one has returned or notify me of nothing. I just look at everybody posting their products and how good they look, but I can’t understand why I can’t get mine

Why is this company using fake postage labels, my package was intercepted by my local post office, they wanted me to pay $12.45 postage because postage was never paid when the mailed it. The return label just says Jane.

Since there is no option for negative stars I will give 1. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was sent a tracking number weeks ago that does not track! Now treading these reviews I see it was probably fake! I have been told one lie after another! I wish I had read the reviews first but because I saw this offer in a facebook group I am active in aI trusted the company. I will make sure everyone in that group hears about my horrible experience! To anyone that reads this before you purchase RUNNNNNNNNN!

I ordered mid February after 3 weeks they had left off numbers to my address so it was returned to sender I’ve sent 100 emails and now they claim they have not received the package from USPS but I have the return address city and state date and time and they still have not refunded my money KONHILL BOUTIQUE is horrible with horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE

I ordered a sports sweater. The picture showed a sweater material but I received a jersey like cheap looking material. I asked for a refund and they shared you have 3 days to return an unwanted item and you don’t get a full refund. My first and last time. Scam! Don’t purchase please!!!!
