I wish I could leave an review…… I’ve been trying to get in contact with you all, which is impossible and I’m waiting on an order that I placed a MONTH AGO. I will NOT order from this site again.

I would give this company a ZERO if I could! I placed an order for shoes on December 12th expecting them to arrive in about 9 days, but they did not get here until January 2nd. When they arrived they were too big, soles were plastic (great for slipping & falling), and they had a crease in the toes area. I placed a dispute. I contact the company and after a number of emails back and forth, they said they would credit my account. I returned the shoes, having to pay the postage myself. They told me that they could not refund the money until I removed the dispute. I did so, but now they are telling me they still can't refund the money! I called my credit card company and they said there is no reason they can't refund the money. Why on earth would they not let a refund go through. Now they have the shoes and my money! I'm about to file another dispute and contact the Better Business Bureau.

At first I loved these and ordered 2 more pair based on one wearing. Learn from my mistakes and do not order! After only a few wears, I began to slip on walks and when I examined the soles, they were completely bald! I then looked at the other pairs which were worn even fewer times and I could see they were beginning to bald in places as well. The soles do NOT last and create a slip hazard. Hugely disappointing and dangerous.

Placed an order. Expected ship time was 10-15 business days. Waited until 20 business days to contact. 11/3/2021- Sorry, our warehouse has been closed for a few days due to the epidemic We have shipped your goods Your logistics will be updated soon sorry for keeping you waiting 11/9/2021- emailed for an ETA. 11/9/2021-Then the package is waiting for the flight to the departure place When the local post office pick it up, your shipping information will be updated 11/10/2021-11/15/2021- package has been sitting at the same spot for 10 days total. I asked for a refund and am disputing with my credit card company.

Placed order 10/21, still waiting, tracking number show’s USPS still waiting to receive, these folks are fishy at best, you can tell by the wording from their email responses, lesson learned, never again.

I got the wrong size and color shoes. The company has failed to respond to my e-mails. Never again. Just PLAIN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I just bought my second pair, and my husband bought a pair too. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! About a year and a half ago I broke my ankle, and also have a bunion on my other foot. I ordered half a size up (because of the bunion), and from the time I tried these on I have not put on any other shoes. I'm not even wearing slippers as often! They may not be beautiful, but I do not care. These are my favorite shoes!
