KonhillReviews of konhill.com

Okay, hear me out. Whatever the past has been, the present is excellent. Excellent product, regular clear, PERSONAL communication (actual real people!), follow through, accuracy and delivery of excellent product. Some of yhe most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They earned and deserve my 5 star review. Happy Canadian here!

Customer service sucks. They don't respond to emails & no phone number available. I placed an order, funds deducted from my account but when I go to their website, my order can't be found even though I have an order number. They don't even offer a way to track an order. I should've did my research and read reviews about this company before making a purchase. I feel scammed of my $129. I will never order anything from Konhill Boutique. Omg.... it makes sense now, "Kon"hill....it's a con!

I placed an order today. Right after I placed it I reached out to cancel it. Have not heard back

I placed an order with them and like other comments it took a very long time to get my order. When I received my order (boots and purse set) the boots were too narrow and I could not fit them. I requested a return label and they will not send me one. I have explained to them why I want to return the order. Every time I send them an email they respond with a question as to why I want to return the boots then why I want to return the purse. I just want to return it all and be done with them. I will NEVER order from them again......

I give them a 3, because shipping is extremely slow and that was not disclosed to me. If I knew shipping took 4-6 weeks, I would have been prepared and ok with it if I did not need the item as a Xmas gift. I finally received my order today. I ordered the blankets/throws...they do look imitation and did not come in a designer box as some of the other people's did that ordered this same item. Their other products do not look like replicas though and all of their products are of good quality. I would order again, now that I know what to expect. Also, the items are a little overpriced in my opinion.

I gave 3 stars because the products I received are nice, but the shipping is extremely slow. My tracking numbers aren't fake, but are USPS only. The tracking info from distro to the USPS Isn't provided

I ordered something in mid March and have not received it yet, I email the company no response, I don’t understand why it takes so long to get a package. I sent them the confirmation number and everything and no one has returned or notify me of nothing. I just look at everybody posting their products and how good they look, but I can’t understand why I can’t get mine

Why is this company using fake postage labels, my package was intercepted by my local post office, they wanted me to pay $12.45 postage because postage was never paid when the mailed it. The return label just says Jane.
