KonhillReviews of konhill.com

Since there is no option for negative stars I will give 1. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was sent a tracking number weeks ago that does not track! Now treading these reviews I see it was probably fake! I have been told one lie after another! I wish I had read the reviews first but because I saw this offer in a facebook group I am active in aI trusted the company. I will make sure everyone in that group hears about my horrible experience! To anyone that reads this before you purchase RUNNNNNNNNN!

I ordered mid February after 3 weeks they had left off numbers to my address so it was returned to sender I’ve sent 100 emails and now they claim they have not received the package from USPS but I have the return address city and state date and time and they still have not refunded my money KONHILL BOUTIQUE is horrible with horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE

I ordered a sports sweater. The picture showed a sweater material but I received a jersey like cheap looking material. I asked for a refund and they shared you have 3 days to return an unwanted item and you don’t get a full refund. My first and last time. Scam! Don’t purchase please!!!!

I’m writing another NO star review for these folks. Ordered dec 8 and got an invalid tracking number for UPS. Emailed them 4 times no response until I did my review here. Then the sent me a FedEx tracking number 788379364020, it shows delivered today 8:40am. I’m looking at the picture and it’s not my house. I called FedEx immediately and they tell me that’s not the street on file for the tracking and they can’t help me! I have reached out to them twice agsin with no response.DO NOT! LET ME BE CLEAR, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! They are obviously handing out any kind of tracking numbers that don’t match your item. IM FILING A FRAUD WITH MY BANK.

Wrong shoe size and the purses are fake .

I ordered back on November 21 and I have not seen my package I emailed 3 times no response I will not be ordering from Konhill Boutique again the Better Business need to investigate

Ordered boots on 12/04/23 with a delivery window between 9-14 days and the only thing they’ve done is charge my card and setup a fake tracking number thru third party “fast track express” which allows for usps to start showing movement as if the order has been shipped when in reality it bounced the tracking back and forth at the same facility. There is no package and none of the links on the site to reach Konhill work. Literally, no way to directly contact them is listed. This is definitely a scam and I’m pissed that I wasted time ordering from them and now have to wait for my bank to refund.

I ordered on November 3 3 bags and have not received them yet. I got an email response back that said it was waiting on custom release but the tracker say it is in Jamaica NY which is in US. so whets the deal
