I wanted to save some time and order just 2 items from Kohl's and have them shipped to me. I have $20 in Kohl's cash. My total without the Kohl's cash is $51. With the Kohl's cash, it is about $43, because under $50 there is an $8.95 shipping charge. I will not try out Kohl's shopping online. I am only 2 miles from the store, I am not going to pay $8.95 for shipping. I can shop Amazon and get the same items for cheaper and free shipping.

Beware that if you order online and use PayPal, the only refund you will get if you need to return is a Kohl’s gift card. I don’t shop that often and ordered several items. Two never showed up and I supposedly will get a refund in 7-14 days. I won’t get any notifications until the refund is final. Seems odd. And I’m pretty sure that will have to be a gift card since it was part of the same purchase as the next item. This was $90+. I also purchased a pair of pajamas and when they came, they were about two sizes too big. I returned to the store that’s about 40 miles away so I didn’t need to pay shipping. They would only issue a gift card. The amount could not go back into my PayPal account. $40+ dollars. I’m tired of purchasing things and having to get a refund. Especially since it’s a gift card. With hav8ng to return so much, I would rather spend my money somewhere else, but now I can’t.

I'd give a zero, I had zero balance the card was over 10 years old, never late excellent credit score and they closed the account without my knowledge ??? usually use the card during holidays well never again. found out when trying to order on line?

I purchased two items and their policy is price adjustement within 14 days. They went on sale the following day and they would not give me the price adjustment. I closed my account once with them and I will do it again. Tired of the crap.

I've had a kohls account since 2021 and never made online purchase until July 2024, My account was hacked just 1 month after this purchase! They changed the email, password, address, and phone number, leaning only my name and card information. I called several different numbers trying to get ahold of a live representative but each number had the exact same recording. I finally got ahold of someone after trying for 3 hours but this lady was unable to help and transfered me to a specialist which never answered the phone after waiting for another hour and a half! I am still trying to get my account closed and refunded

Applied for Kohls store card and they said my application was under review. 2 weeks later a get a rejection letter basically saying my score was to low. On the letter showed my Experian score…593. I freaked out and opened my Experian app and it showed my real score. I don’t know where they got that number but it wasn’t mine. I guess Kohls feels they have enough business that they don’t need mine.

Nobody asked me if I wanted a Capitol one visa card! Try getting into your Kohls acct now. My passwords and user id no longer worked. Customer service transferred me to Capitol one!!!! In another country! That was entertaining and non-productive. Have had enough of the log in's and password problems, the Kohls cash that can now only be used on a couple brands. Have now decided to cancel Kohls account as it's more trouble than it's worth.0924

I went to Sephora inside kohl’s to get my bday gift. The lady asked for my email to look up my Sephora account, after she said she needed my phone number etc so next time they can look me up by phone number. Well she was singing me up for the Kohl’s rewards program which she never said and I would’ve said no since I deleted my kohls account few years back! I told the store supervisor and called customer service and deleted thr online account but customer service people have NO CLUE what I wanted done between the online account and rewards account I never signed up for, and that’s including a supervisor who I spoke to. She had no idea the rules and policy. They need to learn their policy for the company they work for. I called few times and each of them gave me different answers!!!!
