After having problems with the Kohl’s store at the Cascade Plaza in Kent, Ohio, I have shopped at no less than 4 Kohl’s stores in the area. This includes Stow-Kent, Niles, Akron, and Canton. I had a phenomenal experience at the South Akron store on Arlington. ANDREA was the only cashier on duty and it was late in the day. She was very young. She patiently answered my questions regarding Kohls Cash. She even showed me how on the receipt. I know her answer was correct and complete because a more experienced staff member was working on other things but also listening to every word. I told her about my experience at the Kent store on Tallmadge Road and thanked her for doing such a great job. I also told her I would write this review since I wrote a review on my bad experience. That comment got a literal thumbs up from the more senior staff members. Customer service is obviously valued at the South Akron store on Arlington. I value customer service. Thank you.

I ordered a coffee maker. The price and delivery timeline advertised was the same as Amazon but Kohl's had the color I wanted. They advertised that the product would be delivered on 10/3. As soon as I placed my order and paid, the deliver was pushed back to 10/8. They sent the order UPS. The UPS driver marked that my package could not be delivered due to hazardous conditions (hurricane 550 miles off the shore of Florida) so they handed it off to USPS. USPS couldn't deliver because by the time they got the package, it really was hazardous. Now Kohl's has my money and as far as they are concerned have fulfilled my order. I still don't have my coffee maker. I'm going to dispute the charge as package not delivered. I won't use Kohl's online again. *Update* I called Kohls customer service and spoke to a very nice, professional, empathic rep name Went. She understood my frustration, she addressed my problem, refunded my money, and apologized, even though none of this was her fault. She really made me feel like she was concerned about my problem and was dedicated to fixing it. She upgraded my rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

Have been customer of kohls for over 10 years. Not any more. Since the capital one card change was forced, it has declined. Online purchases are a disaster. Returns are a disaster. Called customer service, person spoke good english but not well enough to take care of my issue. He was rude and told me to call back to speak to someone else. Very very disappointed with the direction these changes have gone. Closed my account. I hate capital one. Will not be back. Amazon is better now.

Made a purchase and paid by Check ... the check was either lost in the mal or lost at Capital One or Kohl's ... interest charge is 31% ... which ended up doubling the cost of the original item after 2 months of confusion. After spending 1 hour on the phone with Kohl's it was clear that their policy is to assume the customer is always wrong. Little wonder why Kohl's is going out of business. They just lost another long time customer

Kohls failed me tremendously, I was on the phone 5 different times with kohls to opt out on the capital one visa card, but they failed to opt me out so I received it anyway, which I never activated it or used it when I called back on the Sept 17, I was told my account was closed (which I didn't close) and to top it off the lady told me the 16th was the only day set aside to confirm this opt out option, but the previous 5 calls to kohls customer service failed to provide me this piece of info....so now I'm getting a bill from capital one visa on a account I never opened with them or activated the card or used to make any purchases and a card I don't even have in my possession....Kohls has really failed me in so many ways

The Halloween liquid hand soaps are useless. The spring mechanisms are broke. Don’t waste your money especially for shipping and delivery. Not worth it.

Don't order online if you want it withing 2 weeks. I ordered shoes on Sep 29th. My email has an estimated delivery date of 3-5 October. Kohl's didn't deliver the package to UPS until October 3rd (9:40 am), then changed my deliver dates to 3-9 October. They create the label for tracking and let it sit for 4 days…..causeing the new estimated deliver date of 9 Oct. When I called their service desk (45 min wait to speak to a person), I had someone who couldn't speak English clear enough to understand so I asked for the supervisor. Her English wasn't much better, but at least I could make out what she was saying to me. I told her the issue and that I wanted my $8.95 shipping charge refunded to which she offered me $10 in Kohl's cash. I explained that I wouldn't use it and wanted my shipping charge refunded to which she kept repeating "The new estimated delivery date is 9 Oct, so until that date passes, we won't do anything to your order...that includes canceling it". After a few minutes of back in forth about the refund, I asked what state her call center was located in, to which she responded without hesitation "Mexico"! That told me all I needed to know. I will NEVER buy from Kohl's again, and will return the shoes (if they ever arrive) for a full refund.

Linda was very helpful with all my shopping needs and helped me with my Kohl's cash and savings.
