Kohls sent me a Visa card in place of my store card without asking me first. While shopping with this new kohls Visa card kohls stopped adding my rewards and kohls cash to the app despite me calling and alerting them to the problem. I lost a lot money in kohls cash, I tried calling but even customer service couldn’t add the kohls cash. Consequently, I am no longer a kohls customer after 16 years.

I applied for a credit card and waited for it. None showed up and then these a...holes hit me with a late fee because they did not provide me with a statement or anything else. I would not recommend anyone to deal with Capital One on behalf of Kohl's.

I have been a loyal, faithful, dedicated customer to Kohl's for over 3 decades. After my experience today, I don't think I will ever return. I am so upset that I cannot even type the details of my experience. My only hope in posting that such a loyal customer is so thoroughly disgusted is that someone who has the ability to fix this situation- not only for me, but for all potential customers that would try to purchase this item - is that someone who cares will contact me & fix it. For all customers.

When I limped up to the checkout to exchange a purchase, the clerk immediately offered to go into the isles to find the aforementioned item for my exchange! I was very grateful. Then, when my friend and I continued our shopping we encountered Cheryl Smith, the same clerk that helped us with our hunt for items we bought the week before. She did not just direct us to what we needed, she lead us to each item! Then she helped my friend become a rewards customer. I am completely impressed with the personal service we received.

I bought some clothes in Las Vegas Kohls last year. They wouldn't take my Mastercard or debit card so I ended up getting a Kohls credit card and a good discount. That discount was all eaten away by the time they finally took my payment. Turns out you have to send a certified cheque in American dollars. Pretty inconvenient and costly for this Canadian. I asked Kohls several times on the phone and in writing to delete my 0 balance account. They won't do that either. And now I'm getting their credit card applications which I also don't want. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Happened Dec 23 2023 but can't put the date in.

I tried 8 times to make a payment in the automatic line. It wouldn't offer payment choices, wouldn't accept my acct number, or let me talk to customer service. Since Capital One has taken over its been problem after problem. I closed my Kohls acct today. Its like we are expected to do online payments and buying more and more. My kohl's store in Bloomington, IN has less and less inventory. Sad.... I wrote this review and waited and waited and waited for a code to send the review. Still waiting for code 30 min later. HMMM. Just got a code and Kohls won't accept it. Now I am blocked.
