I reluctantly applied for Kohl's credit card during checkout. It has been a nightmare ever since. Capital One sent my card to a wrong address. (Capital One used my street address instead of my P O Box. There is no mail receptacle at the street address) I called to get the correct address on file and to get the statement resent. After providing my Social Security and DOB said she needed to send a One time Passcode to my phone. Then her system rejected the phone number and would not go through. Stated it was not a phone number. Explained to her that has been my phone number for over ten years. Therefore could not help me. So my bill is due in ten days. I have no bill, no credit card, no way to pay it. So what am I suppose to do. So frustrated. I can't even pay the bill. I ended up hanging up on her.

You best be careful about Cashback.com ambush of your card information; I got hit and had to filee a complaint against crooks plus get a new WellsFargo Bank Card. And yes the shipping is bottom of the barrel, pathetic. But good T-SHIRTS ● BANKS SUDDRETH!

Beware!! The staff at kohls for the most part are very nice. However, they are limited to what they can provide so they cannot be in your corner. A lot of the financial is handled overseas. I am quite unhappy with Kohls. Just for short, they cannot identify charges that were not mine. It's been over a month long problem especially due to the fact that it's connected with their Capital one credit card which I did not apply for E-V-E-R! This has been well over a month-long problem. I was warned about kohls.. it's not the same kohls I signed up with years ago. This is the last straw. Now I have to be on high-alert due to the fact that my credit may be affected. Also, ,they have a habit of double charging. This is NOT what I signed up for with kohls.

I appreciate the quality merchandise and excellent pricing Kohl’s consistently provides, as the value offered is truly noteworthy. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding accessibility. As an 80-year-old customer who relies on a walker due to mobility challenges, I find my shopping experience significantly limited by the lack of electric convenience vehicles (ECVs) in your stores. Exploring your departments for bargains is a key part of the experience, yet my current physical limitations hinder my ability to do so, and unfortunately, a standard wheelchair does not serve as an adequate solution. I hope you will consider this feedback as you look to improve the accessibility of your stores for all patrons. Respectfully, Dave Russo

Ordered men's Nike shoes..returned to store no one to help me in shoe dept. 4 associates standing around. Returned shoes at register reordered on line 15.00 more ...same shoe....

I shopped for over an hour, gathering items that were on sale according to signs placed throughout the store. I get to checkout and none of my items rang up as "On sale." I asked about all the signs on different racks that said otherwise. Clerk said there was a sale 4 days prior. signs were never taken down, nor were they honored. I was tired and did not have the energy to pursue it further. That is FALSE ADVERTISING. I am done with Kohl's!!!

On Aug. 1, 2026 I ordered 2 sets of towels and a t-shirt - a total of $64.08. The order came split, but the products shipped were in good order and came in about a week. Since then, I was charged for these items 2 more times! So far, the charges totaled $192.24 - $128.16 EXTRA. I contacted my VISA customer service, who directed me to contact the store. Once I contacted the store, instead of reimbursing me for the error, they charged me an additional $128.16. REALLY????? So far a set of towels and a t-shirt had cost me $320.40 and more stress than I can count. Every time I call, they tell me the error will be corrected in 1-3 days. It's been a month and no end in sight. Oh - they sent me a $20 gift coupon for me next online order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, NO MATTER HOW MANY COUPONS THEY SEND ME! I am so disappointed and angry at Kohls, that I felt I need to warn others.

Kohl’s refused to refund my money after losing my order!
