I am hoping that my friends will read this and share the information i am providing in hopes that this doesnt happen to anyone else. A little over a year and a half, ago i purchased two items at KOHLS for a family member for graduation. We were in the process of moving at the time and i inadvertently misplaced the receipt that I had paid for with cash. The 2 items retailed at a little over $120. Since Kohls policy is "NO QUESTIONS ASKED FOR RETURNS" she took them to Kohls in Asheville, NC to exchange. She was treated very rudely and they took the items from her and said a gift card would come from their corporate office in about 2 weeks. Long story short they refused and kept the items. A year after this when pulled over for a taillight that wasnt working, she was handcuffed and arrested and taken to jail on charges from Kohl's for "trying to obtain property by false pretenses". They also had put a bogus address for her on the warrant. When consulting an attorney in Asheville she said she had had several cases such as these from the same Kohls and because she was bi-racial they were racially profiling her. After about 6 months of back and forth to court because KOHL'S was given this amount of time to provide proof of the "alleged crime" it was finally dismissed today as KOHL'S had no proof because the items were NOT stolen. So she was publicly embarrassed and humiliated by being arrested, dragged through court for months waiting on KOHL'S to prove she had done something wrong and still KOHL'S KEPT HER GRADUATION GIFT all because she was a mixed race. I am asking this to be shared as much as possible. Kohl's should be held accountable for what they did to her. They should also be made to remove their ads stating no problems with returns. Personally no one in our family will ever step foot in their stores again and I hope after reading this others will do the same.

Several orders have gone through then I was later notified the orders were cancelled because they were out of stock. One order I was told to take the item into a store for a price change adjustment and then the store wouldn’t do it. Just a lot of issues and people not knowing what they are doing. If you see a good deal on their site, you can try for it, but don’t have very high expectations.

Do not shop here! I have wasted 4 hours of my life by making the mistake of ordering on line here! I ordered fiesta ware for a Christmas gift and right after ordering they send me a 25% coupon through email so I order the same with discount and go to cancel first order because it says no hassle cancellation on returns etc.! Well it won't cancel 10 min after the order so I call customer service and they don't speck clearly because they are in Manila? Then I'm told I can't cancel that it has already started the shipping process! I ask for manager and there isn't one, I ask to speak to a US rep well there isn't one of them either then after 50 min I'm told I will have to return it when I get it ! So I get 1 order but not the second one so I think oh they actually cancelled the first one, NOPE! Tracking says I got both! REALLY! So back on phone to customer service and have to call 3 times to get someone I can understand, well it says you got them ,I explain that no I didn't and he finally after investigating it on his end tells me he will send a form to the shipping department to have it investigated and if they find it didn't ship they will resend it! I said no just cancel it and I'm told once again they can't do that but that the shipping department will call if they have questions. I ask for their number but I'm told customers are not allowed to call them! But that they will make the derision after an investigation!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM KOHLS THEY SUCK! You will waste away on the phone trying to get customer service I even called the local store to try and get help and was told that was a separate part of the company!

Kohls.com cannot be trusted. This thanksgiving day I purchased one of their doorbuster products online... before the retail stores were even open in my state... they accepted the purchase, took my money, even gave me kohl's cash and then 2 days later canceled my order citing lack of product. I'm a supposed highly valued customer who would've gone to the store if the online purchas hadn't worked... 2 days later it was too late. They did nothing for me. They've lost my business forever. Can't be trusted!!

This's my first time I've received the packaging of Silk Reflection Silky Sheer pantyhose that was worn. Whoever is responsible for packaging and shipping (quality control) is totally inept. Kohl's will lose more SALES if the management did not fix the problems. This's what you can do to prevent the customers nightmare like me: 1.Inspection prior to shipping. The orders placed by customer will be inspected and WILL NOT BE SHIPPED 'TILL THE FINAL INSPECTOR HAS CLEARED THEM. 2. To human resource manager, please hire someone that truly enjoy their work and can meet the needs of the business. I called up the customer service yesterday. Her skills are to help customer like me . However, I came across her voice was perceived as untrustworthy, boring or even not supportive over the phone. She's lacking of skills to satisfy and ensure the customer's needs and wants. Believe it or not, the most horrible experience in my life!

I spent 45 minutes trying to order winter boots online with my 30% off coupon I received in my email. I could not figure out why the promo code wouldn't take. I thought maybe I just needed to use my Kohl's charge to make it work. Nope. Still wouldn't take. So after poking around, I go back and read the fine print in the email about the coupon. There is an asterisk listing that there were exclusions on certain brands. So I go ahead and click to see what is excluded. Guess what was excluded? EVERYTHING! Name the brand of an item, Kohl's excludes it!!!

Never shop at Kohls online again! How can you sell me more than one item and days later say they are no longer available. Their system is all messed up for inventory and the supervisor will do nothing. Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable way to do business!

The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Will never spend another dime of my money at Kohls.
