Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

Purchased a watch from Kohl’s and when I got home realized they had placed an higher sticker price on the original price which was lower making it look like they was giving a sale when they really wasn’t. So watch out for this when shopping with them 😡

Today I was treated very special. My online order was missing an item when I picked it up in my store in Timonium, MD. I'd been credited for the item but I need it tomorrow. The manager, Steve, personally helped me find a replacement garment and charged me almost half of the sale price, which was already half price. And I didn't have to wait in line. I'm surprised at the number of bad reviews. I've been shopping Kohl's for many years and have been very happy with the prices, the merchandise, the service from the employees, etc. And now I have another reason to like Kohl's and to spread the word.

My package was lost , not kohl’s fault. But what is their fault is that I had to call 3 times before anyone offered to credit my purchase or replace the missing items. I was tracking my package and only after it’s literally been missing for 3 weeks did they offer a replacement... but oops they don’t have that merchandise in stock anymore. If only they listened to me the first time they may have had a happier client. I will NEVER EVER order anything from kohl’s online again! Especially since this is the second parcel that has been lost and I’ve either not received or received weeks late. I have 1 more package on its way , it’s already 3 days late but rather then look into it the person online offers to give me fed ex phone number. I hate to sound entitled , but I didn’t purchase from fed ex , I’m doing business with kohl’s. Why should I have to spend my time calling their middle man ? Just get me my stuff or replace my stuff . Amazon has such better service , I guess I’m spoiled. Amazon has never once asked me to contact ups when something was late or missing. So anyway never again!

Kohl's has some good deals. I placed an order online, it came damaged because wasn't packed properly, but I spoke with customer service and they handled the issue right away and sent me a replacement. I had a very good experience with them.

If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service line. Double charged my order to my card, set up my order for pick up two states away. Then asked for my card to charge my account a third time so they could re- ship my order. Empty "I'm sorry" statements from their customer service line and supervisors, and then immediately followed up with if you want to give us your card we who'll charge you a third and maybe fourth time for the company's mess up.

Will never shop at Kohl's. I used to like shopping to kohl's, but then when I order 3 items, only one came other two were missing. I waited 1 week to see if they arrive, but they didn't arrived. I called the customer service and speak with him for 45 minutes. He said he will not be able to give back my order. My money and time I spent on the phone talking to that stupid customer service just got wasted. Never buying anything online from Kohl's. You never know if you are gonna get your items or not. I had very bad experience with Kohl's!!

I will never shop kohl's again. Not only did they send me the wrong ring but it was also broken.promised a refund and they never sent it.not only was that my Christmas gift from my husband that i never received but he never got his money back either.so sad

One star is too many. Kohls.com does not know the definition of customer service and does not care about customer loyalty. I will never shop kohls.com again
