After two weeks, my package is still being bounced around to different carriers and post offices. There was a mix up with the address and customer service has not been able to help sort it out, so I'm having to make more phone calls and do more leg work than expected. If you have a street address and a PO Box, make sure both are listed regardless of the carrier shown!

Worst customer service ever! I ordered boots that were supposed to be here at the latest by yesterday. Online customer service cant give me shipping info and said to call the store they were being shipped to. They said they have no info and can't even tell me an estimated date or refund me. Ill just be waiting with no eta even though they were already paid for. Not shopping here again!

Kohls.com is cheating with price. Yesterday I ordered several curtains - there was a massive sale. Half hour later they cancelled my order. When I went back to check what was the problem and order it agan, the price went up with 150%. Customer service was terrible, first they said I can order on sales price but after one hour waiting, transfering to different customer service persons, they said I can buy it only on the new, much higher price. It is simply a cheating. They attract you with amazing price than try to sell on horrible price the same thing.

I have shopped with Kohl’s for approximately 34 years. One of my favorite stores. What a shame. Whomever made the decision to support a group that is terrorizing and destroying communities did not do your business any favors. My account will be closed and I will not shop with Kohl’s again.

Just closed my charge account. Been a big Kohl's customer from many years. No more. Your business is going to the drain, let the looters and rioters to be your customers. There are many stores that are equal and respectful to ALL their customers. You choose to sell BLM clothes, its so wrong to choose a political side.
