I took my handicapped Husband into the store for shoes. I found the wheelchair easily. There is no basket on the chair to put items into. I had a hard time pushing him and trying to balance the shoes. We looked at other clothing items, but did not purchase them because we had no way of carrying them.

Kohl's is a terrible company with terrible customer service and mediocre products. They had crap profits last year and we’ll see if they see the other side of this pandemic. I ordered a backpack purse almost 2 weeks ago so I could stop carrying my purse and my sons diaper bag along with the slew of other things I have to gather for us to go anywhere. While carrying a child, It’s all too much to carry with my back after 3 epidurals and it doesn’t all fit under his stroller or in a shopping cart. My order said shipped the day after I ordered it but no tracking info has been available. They have no way to contact them. When you go online and click “contact us” it redirects you to a page that says you can view frequently asked questions. The only way I could get around it and actually contact someone was to give “feedback”. The answer to my feedback took 2 days and the person said my items were no longer available for “replacement”. First off- it’s not a replacement, it’s a first time purchase. Second- it was available when I ordered it. And STILL shows available online AND instore. Speaking of, I could have done instore pick up the day I ordered it but I chose to order online to stay home and avoid unnecessary outings where I risk exposing myself and my child to illness while lugging around a bunch of bags. I hate kohl’s. I never make purchases from kohl’s because they suck. I got a credit card almost a year ago because I was going to get some baby items. Used it once then and once now. Both times a struggle. Why? If I had never reached out to anyone to get some kind of status, my order would just be sitting in limbo not being filled while I still have to make the credit card payment for items I never received/will never receive. 😪😑😑😑 I digress. Back to my search to make mom life a little less hectic.

Kohls customer service is beyond terrible. I lost my credit card and cannot get a replacement card. They have all my information and will not help me. Very disappointing as I used to shop there often and spent considerable amount of money. They can't seem to get verification code but can send to me on my cell phone. They will not help unlock acct so I can update to be able to replace forgotten. So very sad!

Used to love this place, totally disgusted now! Came straight from the bank, bought over 1K in clothing, held up the line, paid cash-all in 100 dollar bills. Cashier asked if wanted discount, sure, but make sure to clear my account right away. Was assured, will do. Weeks later, received a statement, never received the credit. Called, explained how & what happened. Store can see my history that we always clear our account. Never months go by and we have a balance. No resolution so went to store, asked for video footage, claimed no footage. Stated to store, not paying AGAIN sue me. Until you can provide the footage showing otherwise. Because your cashier/someone there pocketed the cash. I have bank evidence, date, day and time, remembered the cashier, what line, etc. Strange thing was I just happened to keep my receipt, never checked if she credited or not. Normally, never needed to. I paid, I got the receipt, I am good. Was not the case! 99%, I throw my receipts because if it doesn’t fit, donate, not worth the gas or time. Nothing became of it. Never stepped into another Kohl’s again!

Khols has been amazing during all this covid 19.

I have a real complaint w/Kohl's based on online shopping experience, when I did my homework to look for reviews of Kohl's shopping online problems what I found was nothing more than hate groups unfortunatley many of whom are tied to police families misrepresenting BLM as a terrorist org, and a hate group, when in fact this org is against the hatred of racism. Shame on u trust pilot for allowing all of this info that should be spent in their hate spewing social media accounts and not used in this platform to rate a retail outlet for which your purpose is. I am looking for serious information regarding Kohl's business practices, not read stories of hate platforms lying about the BLM org and what they represent. Do your homework people before u start spewing typical Trump Lies about fact based issues. Trust me, u cannot believe the majority of what comes out of his mouth. Do your homework!!!!! Misinformation is a cancer, and does more harm and division of this country i.e. than truly doing your civic duty to know the facts before u spout off. I support Kohl's right to make the decision to sell anything that promotes non hatred and the proper understanding of BLM. This rating of Kohl's is totally untrue based on hatred spouting and nothing to do with their service or business ethics. Grow Up All Of U and quit misusing these foundations for truthful input.

Yesterday I witnessed a lady trying a shirt on during COVID, with her mask down on her chin and the shirt touching every part of her face, this is the second time I’ve seen this in the Orange aCity store, when I asked the sales clerk, she said they are not allowed to say anything, ummm how bout “the dressing rooms are closed for a reason “ . I then asked a manager and she said the same thing except that they can call security but they were not in that day ?????? What a lousy excuse, this store does not care about their customers health.

Kohl’s has surprised me with its customer service. Tony, Employee ID 014J is one of the best employees ever! He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and beyond humble! We need more CS reps like him. He is def supervisor\management material!
