So after my order was placed and email confirmation recieved, even kohls cash email recieved they then cancel my PS5 order. How do you sell more than you have? Unprofessional. I would like to see if anyone after my timestamp was able to keep their order. If someone has a later time stamp than me and kept their order I want an explanation. Will never spend another dollar at kohls unless this is fixed.

I have been a customer of Kohl's since 2002. A few days ago I called the local store for a return merchandise of a quilt set due to a damaged & that's when I found out that they don't accept returns over 6 months old. I decided to call the corporate office, I explain that I was moving from FL to TX and I didn't open the merchandise till now to find out the quilt was damaged and I wouldn't mind a store credit as I'm always buying at Kohl's...they still said they wouldn't take it back but they can give me a $10.00 Kohl's cash...When I decided to write the review I saw that Kohl's has ONLY 1.5 STAR and the bad reviews are endless. I DO NOT RECOMEND KOHL'S TO ANYONE!!!

If I could have rated no stars I would have. Worst customer service!! I ordered an item online and I received conf. that I could pickup at store Nov. 18th. However when I went to the store today, November 19th the girl at the online store pickup said she didn’t even show an order for me. I explained to her it was suppose to be at the store yesterday and she called her manager who came up and told me it wasn’t go to be at the store until Dec 1st. I asked her don’t you think that’s poor customer service when you don’t communicate that info by text or email. She then wanted to tell me she orders online all the time and they never tell you the day it will be available to pickup at the store. The manager and the girl working the store online pickup continued to argue with me and insist basically I didn’t know what I was talking about. I am in retail and if I ever treated a customer the way I was treated I would be fired. Now I’m trying to find a way to cancel this order. Probably want be a good experience either. I definitely will never shop Kohl’s stores ever.

Disgusting customer service. Tried to make a payment and the representative “Crystal” flat out told me - “Please stop taking so I can talk.” Nasty. She makes me never want to shop with this company ever again.

I would never shop at this store again! Tried three times to purchase gift cards to donate to kids with cancer wish lists. Three times they canceled my order. I spoke with two different people at two different times. 1st it was a discrepancy between billing and shipping address, that was corrected. 2nd time cancelled and then third time I put in a new order with a different credit card and it was canceled again. Both times with no explanation! Spoke to a rep who said I needed a verification sent via text to my cell. Never got it so she couldn't see why the order was canceled. So unprofessional! Kids already received the gift cards I received from Target and Amazon! Forget Kohls sent them Visa Gift cards instead!

Why doesn't the credit card statement show purchase transactions. It can't be a legitimate statement without the facts!! A Ryan

Just spent two hours on the phone placing an order for just a pair of Pajamas. My Kohls card was not working right so they directed to the call center in Manila. English is not their strong point. Spent almost an hour ordering the item and then got a confirmation. The item was being delivered to Wisconsin and I am in New York State. Called to correct the mistake and that took another hour to get her to understand my dilemma. Finally hung up and decided to go directly to my local store. What a frustrating afternoon. Must call Wisconsin when my second order comes in to cancel the first.
