I bought a shirt for a Christmas gift that was too small. I came to the oxford store to exchange but only smaller sizes available. They told me I had to come back another day because only exact exchanges was all they could do. This is the weekend right after Christmas and I live a hour away. You claim Hassel free returns. Not true this was very inconvenient. I live a hour away and still have a useless item that could've been put on a gift card abs picked out something else. Not a fan anymore.

I love shopping at Kohl's and usually spend upwards of $100 and more each time. However, despite the fact that I have a good credit rating I am always denied a Kohl's credit card. I'm good enough for you to take my cash, but not extend credit? I would shop and spend much more if I were treated as a valued customer. I'll spend my money elsewhere with the other stores credit cards.

Worst online ordering experience EVER. I was approved for a Kohls card and tried to buy a pair of shoes with the 35% discount that went with it. No matter how many times I entered the promo number and it said it was applied, the amount to be charged didn’t reflect it. And that was AFTER it kept saying I had 2 of the items in my cart and sending me back to start shopping every time I tried to correct it. I am not able to drive, so I have to order online, but I will be buying the same shoes on another site. This is ridiculous.

Waited so long in my car for drive up pick up and they never came out and didn’t get it

I was at store 513 and wanted to let you know about the excellent service I received by Veniece. My dad had a very confusing return and she immediatley knew what to do and took care of this return. She was so kind and professional. She really exemplifies what every employee shoud strive to be. I am not a kohls shopper but I may now after this visit. Please make sure she gets rewarded for going the extra mile.

Kohls is falling into a deep hole. Orders aren't delivered and you never get the Kohl's cash for online orders. Tried to contact customer service and all I get is multiple choice questions. No human to help. Very disappointed ☹️ order 6183450400 missing. So is kohls cash

I recently purchased a 7 piece comforter set and really liked the look of it. However, when taking it out of the package the seam was already coming apart. (photo 1) But since I can sew and I liked the look of the set decided I could deal with that. BUT when I washed it according to instructions, it came out with little holes (2nd photo). I contacted customer service via email - I have not heard anything from them. Since I only had the comforter for 3 weeks, I wrote a review on their site, hoping with this review customer service would actually reach out to me and try to resolve - still nothing. I don't typically give negative reviews, but with this - I felt it was necessary. For pictures check my review on Kohl's website.

I’ll start this review off by saying I will NEVER SPEND MONEY AT THIS STORE AGAIN!! We all know there is still a pandemic going on in the world and stores including KHOL’S have now hiring signs in their windows, posted at check-out counters, some even putting flyers in your merchandise bag. So my son and another HIGHY EDUCATED AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE put applications in at a local KHOL’S department store. Now, I can’t speak on the experience of the other young man however, I can speak for my son and say he’s 17yrs old, NEVER has been in any kind of trouble, arrived to work on time and even went in on some of his off days when his previous employer needed him. (Previous employers were Seasonal jobs only ) My son is a A&B student and has been accepted into a very Prestigious University in the fall based solely on his GPA. Before the question is asked yes, My son has retail experience. I just find it ironic that 2 African American males put in applications and both were denied employment. WHY?!?! Usually, I would keep calm but, I truly feel as though this was more Racial than anything. It’s Sad that in this day a and time we are still fighting for equality. Didn’t hire them but you still have a Now Hiring sign still posted in your store. An email was sent to each of them saying they did not get the job… These are High School Students that are willing to work, while they are still in school in hopes that they were able to return to work during there time home from college. My son along with the other male went to the store to see about applying for a job, they were asked what their names were and was then told they had to fill the application out online(they did), and their interview would be conducted over the phone(it was) and an email sent to notify them 24-48 hrs later with KHOL’S response if they did or did not get the job. 48 hours later, My son was shocked a little due to the fact he stated the day of his interview, “He informed me the interview went great, I don’t see why I wouldn’t get the job”. I will not say it’s not unfortunate that I had to explain to him after KHOL’S replied back to him 48 hours later that he didn’t get the job; that some companies still and will always be against African Americans working in their stores; and if there are any African Americans employed there it’s only a couple(and I do mean less than a handful scattered throughout stores like they are a rare species). It just utterly disappoints me that Companies are still acting like this in this day & time. My husband & I have taught our young men to work for what they want in life. My husband and I both work and always have since we were 15 & 16 years old. Until the move my husband had been at his previous job for 18yrs. We have never had anything handed to us and both worked hard to provide for our children, showing them and guiding them how to be upright citizens. This is a learning experience for him…… Please KHOL’S explain to me and I’m sure along with others your hiring process, seeing as though YOU have now hiring signs up but your NOT HIRING ANY AFRICAN AMERICANS. Yet your probably like everyone else understaff during this pandemic. The ONLY REASON I gave 1 star was to write this review. So in reality I wouldn’t have given any stars. So what’s the point of the “Now Hiring Sign?” Is it just for looks? We can clearly see that teenagers are wanting to work due to the fact some Adults are sitting at home collecting unemployment, foods stamps and any other government assistances they can get. I’m not calling them grown because a Grown person would get up and go to work and make a living and have morals about themselves and be an example to their children and others. So again KHOL’S I ask why don’t “YOU” start by being a change in this world. Respectfully, A Black Mother Who Cares
