The return department lady treated me like if she was doing me a favor. Very rude and entitled. I left my cart full of merchandise that I was going to buy behind. I explained her that due to her disrespect I was no longer buying all those hundreds of dollars in merchandise, and she responded "ok". She didn't care about losing a client. I regret not noticing her name.

WORST department store in USA
This is the worst department store in the US. There is no quality in their clothing, it's cheap crap that is not worth a cent of your money. And the customer service department have no manners, and are very rude with unpleasant attitudes. The clothing and shoes are of low quality. You can follow wash instructions, but after one wash your clothing will still shrink, fall apart or have holes in it. I don't even trust this company with my personal information anymore.

rude cashier, awfull service...
Have been shoping at local store from day it opened, last month I had 30% off coupon bought three shirts, paying for them with gift card, using rewards card ,showing I have a charge account, one didnt fit returned it they gave me a store credit because they cant put money back of gift card. Purchased other items that day and when I checked out they would not let me pay with gift card. Put them on credit card. Forward to today, asked cashier if I could use gift card and recieve 30% off and she got very rude and tried to tell her they always have allowed me to pay with gift card , she argued with me and said, no wonder I got away with it because I Bitched so much, first time ever after shopping at this store was I never able to use my gift card,This is a Christmas present from boyfriend, $300 . That I can only use on non discounted items as soon as I find something I need to spend the balance of gift card will close account and probably never shop their again.

Do not buy a crib from Kohl’s!!!
I ordered a crib from kohls.com and made it about halfway through assembly and realized the headboard piece was cracked in two places. Here are the two options I was provided by customer service: 1. Return the crib to a Kohl's store. The closest one is an hour and a half away. I would have to borrow a pickup from someone, load up this heavy crib, travel an hour and a half one way with an infant on $5/gal gas, and then return it to a store that doesn't carry cribs so I would be left without a crib for my baby. 2. Pick up. I could disassemble what I've already spent several hours assembling and try to make it all fit back just perfectly in the box with 300 pieces of styrofoam and all of the other packing material and hardware. It will be picked up by a mystery carrier at a mystery time which I will find out when they call me randomly whenever they are in the area next. So, I'd better be ready to haul this giant crib out to the curb at the exact moment that happens. Again, no replacement and I'm left without a crib for my baby. Here's what Kohl's is NOT willing to do: 1. They're not willing to reach out to the manufacturer. They cannot do that because they cannot place outbound calls. Makes sense. I have never heard of a company that is unable to contact their supplier regarding quality issues or freight damage. The good news is, I can certainly reach out to the manufacturer myself which is great since I've already called Kohl's multiple times and spoken to multiple people and I have tons of time to make more calls and talk to more people who can't offer solutions. 2. They're not willing to reach out to the carrier to file a claim for the damage. Once again...unbelievable. I also must express my disappointment at the fact that the CS rep escalated this situation to her supervisor, Valerie, and Valerie was supposed to call me back and I never received a call from Valerie. I had to call back again just so I could go through the whole process again with a different supervisor with no good outcome. I will never be purchasing anything from Kohl's again. Ever.

Customer service needs work.
I placed an online order with Kohl's on the 17th. The total of the order was about $87. They charged my Paypal account $19.44 immediately. Not one of the items I ordered cost $19.44. Since then, two items of a 7 item order have shipped. Inexplicably, three days later $25.80 has been charged to my Paypal account for a total charge of $45.24. The cost of the two items that shipped is $30, so why has my account been charged an additional $15.24? I called customer service (and yes, customer service is handled in another country, which causes certain communication issues if you know what I mean). "Victor" couldn't find any information about what is going on. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said I had to have an appointment and they will call me at their convenience. Wut? Like that's a thing. Finally, I was able to chat online with a representative. That took 2 hours because it was down for "technical difficulties." They can't give me an accounting for the charges, either. Right in the middle of the chat, "Seamus N" sent the following three messages in immediate succession while I was typing my response to the previous message: "I am sorry we do not have that information. You can call our team at 855-564-5705 Is there anything else I may help you with today?
It looks like you've stepped away from your computer..." and ended the chat. If I have to, I'll file a dispute with Paypal. Otherwise, take my advice and purchase elsewhere. Update: I emailed corporate and they contacted me immediately. The first charge was for an order that I had placed online and picked up on the same day I placed this order, so it was unrelated. If one of the customer service reps had told me this, there would be no problem. Kohl's isn't being served well by whomever they outsourced their customer service function to, so I'm deducting a couple stars. If you're experiencing problems with customer service, contact corporate.

My KOHLS cash was not honored
My KOHLS cash was not honored. They said that multiple tickets are issued for the ticket provided. Total scam and terrible customer service.

Two months ago Kohl's failed to send me…
Two months ago Kohl's failed to send me a bill electronically. I thought I had just missed getting billed monthly but then they contacted me. I immediately had them deduct full payment from my checking account.
Instead of taking any notice of the fact that they had not sent a bill, they posted to all 3 credit bureaus that I had missed a payment. I am so mad that I had them change to where they must mail me a bill. Don't trust anything their credit reps say.
Kohl's refuses to remove the non-payment from my credit history and the credit bureaus will not do so unless Kohl's authorizes it. The local store seems unable to do anything about this and I wanted everyone who deals with Kohl's to be aware of this poor credit service.
