Saw an Under Armour display with two large signs that said 25% off. Underneath the large signs was a smaller one listing three styles with regular price listed as 25 dollars and price after discount as 19.99. I purchased three shirts directly under the large sign and was told they were not on sale. This was false advertising or deliberately misleading the customer. In the future I will purchase directly from the Under Armour Store.

I have been a longtime Kohl’s customer and have never had the issues like I’ve had recently. I made some purchases last month and my daughter very graciously put them on her Kohl’s credit card. I have her paper bill that came in the mail, walked into our local Kohls with it to make the payment. Complaint #1: there is no longer a customer service desk at the front of the store. Amazon drop offs have been moved to the back of the store, which is fine, but now if you have a return or you want to make a credit card payment, you have to wait in the long line with everyone else making purchases. I waited 15 minutes. Complaint #2: the sales associate could not take my money because all I had was the paper billing statement for my daughter’s account and she claimed she had no way of knowing where to put the money. With the bill in front of her. Showing amount due. 😳 So after walking around, trying to figure out where customer service is at the Kohls store now, only to find out I had to wait in the long line with everybody else, then I still wasn’t able to pay the credit card bill. Very poor customer service Kohls. Very disappointed and frankly, I don’t plan to return.

I love Kohl's! Our local store has a very nice mannequin, that I like to kiss and hug and touch. Also, it is very satisfying to go into the changing rooms while the ladies are trying on bras and panties.

Well I ordered 10 XXL boxers. I received 2 XXL boxers and 8 XXXXXL boxers. I started the return online, printed and enclosed the return authorization slips and spend $18 to ship them back for a refund. Almost 4 weeks went by and I contacted them via the website chat (there's no phone or email listed). Went around and around and the associate said they could see the package arrived at the return facility but that was the end of it. I told him the story and he said he would expedite the return a couple more weeks go by and I have no refund, no communication from them of any kind, so I guess I'm out a couple hundred bucks. BEWARE DO NOT SHOP THEM ONLINE.

Went to Hingham, MA Kohl’s today. I haven’t been there for a while and now I know why. What a dump. Intended to buy sneakers. Good luck with that! 10 am on a weekday morning and the place is trashed. Another retailer headed for liquidation.

Overpriced Walmart. No reason to pay premium prices to walk into a building that sells the same garbage Walmart does at great value prices. Their associates are demanded and punished for not selling their promotions harder enough, customer service is usually frantic because nobody knows what they’re doing, and the business just relies on people being good samaritans.

This company messed up my entire online order. I asked for both items to be shipped out, they instead shipped one and did in store pickup several states away. I attempted to call and get the issue resolved, but customer service was childish and unprofessional, refusing to resolve the issue and telling me that it was not my responsibility to drive the item back to the store if I want a refund, claiming that they cannot do a return label. I would not recommend this company

I have not shopped at kohl's for about 15yrs., and now with a recent experience I know why. I went into a store to order an item, they no longer take orders. I place the order on-line, never received any kind of confirmation of my order, yet they had no problem charging my CC. I kept checking the status of the order, and kept receiving an automated message saying they are working on my order after two week from initial date. Finally by accident I was able to get my order # and check on the status of my order, only to find out it's sitting at the store for pickup, yet I never received a notice for pick-up and the date of pick-up was about to expire. I had one day left to pick item. Needless to say, I will never patronize a Kohl's store ever. Worse customer service by a retailer.
