If you are not near a store I would not do any online purcahses for Kohls
If you are not near a store I would not bother shopping online for their stuff. If the item does not work out and you need to ship back you will have to pay for shipping. When calling they take a long time to locate your order if you are not using their Kohl's card. They make you wait 30 days for your return but it turns out to be more because I still have not received my refund. The worst return by mail policy! Do yourselves a favor and shop at stores that are more online purchase friendly with free shipping and returns such as Macys. Macys return policy seems more organized and better for consumers. Will never shop at Kohls again. Now I am out of money I spend for a product that sucked!

STEREOTYPING?!?!?!?
This company can improve by not blatantly disrespecting its customers through stereotyping. I was in a store with my boyfriend looking for a bra. He is white, has a bald head, and is covered in tattoos. For this alone he is considered a threat. Despite his looks he is a really good person.
It was only us two in the intimates section today 1/19/2023, when a voice comes over their intercom saying “someone to intimates”. I didn’t ask and I knew he didn’t ask so why is somebody being called. At which point a very annoyed male employee comes charging towards us. He sees what’s going on, realizing that we know what’s going on and practically dives into a closet from embarrassment. A minute later comes out of the closet looking angry because he now looks like a fool. No threat just a couple looking for a bra for their sons wedding. Kohl’s you need to train your “security” to have a little tact in how they operate. Embarrassing for you to say the least.
This happened at Kohl’s on 17232 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023

Kohls charged me twice
I bought 2 shirts, and followed the Kohls staff members suggestion to use the new self checkout register. However, it charged me the full price, instead of the sale price, and did not give me a receipt. I called over the staff member, who took a picture of the register which said payment approved and the $ amount. He took me upstairs to customer service, tried to reverse the payment, but failed. And then he rang me up using the sales price. So, now I've been charged twice for the same thing, as evidenced by my bank statement. I've spent 8 hours on the phone and 2 visits in person back to the store. After much discussion and failed attempts, they have told me there is nothing they can do!!

Unable to find and speak with Kohl representative.
" What went wrong "THIS TIME?" Strange opening line and not exactly welcoming start.
Can not find contact info to speak with a LIVE person. Phone No. given are simply a recordings with three options to choose from. None involve the issue I have been trying to deal with.
I purchased a $150.00 gift card and mailed it to my son in a package with other items.
It was delivered, but stolen right out of the mailbox.
I took a photo of the back side of the card and the bar code. I also have the receipt. How ever the photo is on my phone and came out fuzzy and numbers can be sen but difficult to identify each individual number.
I did go to a Kohl's store, and asked to speak with supervisor. She was very nice and attempted to write down the numbers she felt were on the card, as I had also done. Numbers are mostly the same, however neither combination works when checking to see if it has been used. The website did not knowledge the two different sets. By the time I contact someone to help, the card will probably be empty.
I would like to know what am I to do under these circumstances? I can not stand big companies that do not provide the opportunity to speak with live person and knowledgeable as to what are the policies under these circumstances.
Date of experience 12/30/22 and still not able to do or speak with anyone from Kohl's.
How might I deal with this?!

Self pickup might be a great idea if it…
Self pickup might be a great idea if it was properly organized, but at KOHLS, it ain’t!
I placed my online order and opted for self pickup because it saved me $5. If my opt in process told me to wait until I was notified by email that my order was ready, I never saw the notification. So, I went to my store on the second day of the multi-day period my order confirmation told me my items would be ready, and guess what: I needed an email notice that the items were ready. Since I didn’t have this, pickup was impossible. So I waited the ENTIRE pickup period confirmed to me in my order, and upon rechecking the order to find out if I’d misread the confirmation, I discovered the pickup period had moved ahead in time by 3 to 6 days. So, I waited again. Finally I receive an email telling me my item is in and I should visit the store to claim it. Realizing I might need the bar code at the bottom of my email, I took a screen shot of the email so it could be opened in my phone and visited the store the next day. KOHLS instruction said I would need the email in the store, so I accessed the screen shot once I reached the store. Guess what, a photo of the email won’t work because KOHLS requires an interactive screen to access the item called a pickup pass. Well here’s the thing KOHLS: I DO NOT ACCEPT EMAIL ON MY PHONE for a host or reasons. If I can’t access the interactive screen, I can’t self pickup! I need an associate, so there’s no time saving in this process for me and no incentive for me to use it in the future. The associate when finally came to help me couldn’t understand why I would want here to communicate my problem to people up the delivery chain so (MAYBE) text messages might be a better option for self pickup customers. As things stand, I will not use this option again. If KOHLS gains something—time or service quality or delivery efficiency—from a self pickup option, KOHLS had better find the bugs in the system and fix them before everyone gives up on using it.

Don't buy from them they don't keep there world an also don't care about there customers
The company has really went downhill.First I ordered a item in November for a Christmas present an only to find out 2days before Christmas they no longer have the item it's out of stock. No one told me this until I got the email after talking to self customer service. So now I'm waiting on another package an guess what it got all the way to UPS in Winston which is 20 min from my house an now the tracking says has been left at UPSP postal service to be delivered. This company needs to shut the doors there doing nothing for good.I will not deal. With them after I have this package.

I would give it a 0 star but it…
I would give it a 0 star but it wouldn’t allow me to go further without giving it a 1. Once they get your money they don’t have any interest in taking care of a problem nor do they think your time is valuable. I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far and still waiting. If I’m waiting this long makes me wonder how many unhappy customers they have that they are so busy or is it that they are hoping I’ll give up.

I used to go to Kohls
I used to go to Kohls, because they had really good sales on Saturday. They actually had sale prices and additional coupons, so it was pretty good.
For some reason, ( felt like during covid) they stopped these sales. As time goes on, they no longer have real sales, prices have increased and there’s less selection.
I stopped in today ONLY because my brother gave me a gift card for Christmas. There was an additional 15% coupon so I bought two shirts from the clearance section even though they were still overpriced!! ($70 bucks for 2 shirts on clearance?!?)
When i got to the cashier she said the coupon doesn’t work on clearance any longer. I almost left them but I wanted to use the gift card so I’ll never have to go back.
Very disappointing. Bye bye Kohls
