I never usually leave a review for anything, but this got to me. I went to the Lake Zurich store today. I was there last week, and going back today, it has totally changed. I heard there was a new ceo who decided to take all of the drawings off the walls because it was too busy. I totally disagree. It looks now as though the store is going out of business. All the shelves are empty and it is just bare without any of the pictures that were on the wall. That was a horrible decision to mr . A total turn off for wanting to shop there. Looks awful.( Also, i do like the self ordering pick up, but since it is in the back of the store, you get no signal on your phone. Very disappointing. Will not want to shop there anymore,

Kohl's puts ALL of this merchandise online to sell. It takes anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks for it to be shipped to you. Then they changed the shipping dates. Then Kohl's tells you that the merchandise is no longer in stock. It takes forever for you to get a refund. If I could give them a minus -50 ✨⭐✨ stars I would do it. HORRIBLE experience. If you all need children's clothing, please try Carter's & The Children's Place. You will not be disappointed. The Children's Place gives all kinds of amazing discounts, online. Don't waste your time going into the store. It's a SCAM!!!!

I feel that Kohl's as a company has seriously gone down hill and they falsely advertise sales on items and then after you order it, will cancel the order because they know the price listed was well below what they buy it for. If you list it for that price, then keep your word. Worst if all is the reason they cancelled it, per Kohl's, is that the item was out of stock. The same day they cancelled it, I looked on the Kohl's website to see they still list the same item as in stock but the price had gone up $25 from the sales price. Horrible service from Kohl's and didn't even give the consumer the choice to cancel the order or wait.

I made a purchase that cost $68.51. I used my debit card to make the purchase and I was told that the card was declined. I swiped it again in disbelief. I swiped it again and even more disbelief knowing that it's impossible that my card is declined. in frustration I pulled out a credit card and the purchase went through only to find out that the money was also taken out of my bank account and charged on my debit card. I immediately went to the bank they told me there was nothing wrong with my card and it should have never been declined. the bank tells me I have to contact Kohl's Kohl's constantly tells me that they did not charge me. after having to go through the footwork of proving that I've been charged twice it took 16 days before I can get the money back in my debit card. just because of this headache I will never ever go back to Kohl's

Kohl's used to be my go-to store for clothes. I'm an average guy making an average living. I appreciate good clothes at affordable prices. But I can't shop there anymore because of their need to make political statements. I won't support businesses that play the political posturing game, especially when censorship of free speech is involved. I must not be the only one because I went in the other day to one and there were hardly any options.

I wish I could give zero stars. I am so frustrated and done with your customer service and your associates that pick items that are purchased online. I ordered 4 towels, I received 4 ugly ugly shirts. I order a blender it was never delivered. I order clothes for my kids I get the wrong sizes. I order a $100 bag/purse and you send me a very cheap Donna Karan one pocket vegan bag. Not even close to something I would use. I am about to close my account. It is such a disappointment that you have employees working for you that are to lazy to actually do their jobs. If you don't want to do your job quit. Stop making customers frustrated because you don't care to check the quality of the associates work. I spend alot and I mean alot of money at kohl's and I'm finished. Your stores and employees have gone down hill really badly.

I have been shopping at Kohl’s since 2004 and always loved getting great quality clothing at a reasonable price. Over the years though, the quality has gone down. Many brands are also no longer carried in order to allow the makeup department to take over half the store. Prices of items are usually priced higher than other stores and many items are excluded from coupons. Kohl’s cash really only gets prices down to competitor prices. My biggest complaint at the moment is how customers are treated when using their Kohl’s credit cards. I placed an order for an item that remained waiting for carrier pickup and never made it to me. I waited the appropriate time to contact Kohls to have the item shipped again a second time. The replacement order also remained in waiting for carrier pickup. I contacted Kohl’s again for a refund on the item I never received. I have yet to see the promised refund and since the item was paid for by my Kohls credit card there is nothing that can be done. I am furious that Kohls feels that it is ok to steal money from loyal customers. I will never use my Kohls card, shop online or in store again. You can not scam people out of money and expect to stay open. Shame on you!!!
