I went to return an item from Amazon to Kohl's in Paramus at Bergen Towne Center. The man behind the counter said I had to go to Whole Foods. The email with the return code said "Kohl's". Whole Foods sent me back to Kohl's. I asked for a manager. The manager at Kohl's said they could not take it back. I showed him the code and asked my friend to resend the code again, this time he took it. I said "Thank you", but the manager and the sales clerk never said " You are welcome" or apologized for the inconvenience of going back and forth. Very sarcastic and rude! Then gave me a discount coupon for my next visit! I'm never shopping there, with or without a coupon!

I tried to cancel an online order. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. When I finally was able to talk with a person who I couldn't undestand,( English was not there first language) I was told there is a 15 minute time limit to cancel an order. But I could drive 1 hour and 39 minutes to the closest store for a full refund,OR pay for return shipping. This company is a joke!! They don't care about customer service or hiring staff that you can communicate with in English. I was a first time AND LAST time customer. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

I placed an order for a 7-foot outdoor umbrella. It has not arrived four days past its expected delivery date. Despite my repeated requests, the company has declined to send a replacement or issue a refund. While the base of the umbrella was delivered promptly, it is useless without the umbrella itself. I requested to return the base and receive a refund, but I was informed that the process could take up to 30 days if I do not return it to a physical store, which is located over 30 minutes away. Given these circumstances, I am compelled to cancel my card and seek alternative suppliers for future purchases. Their return policies are unreasonable.

Terrible!!! They bait and switch. You make a $50 order to get free shipping but then after the order is placed they tell you that you have to pick up one of the items at a store that is very far away. Their online customer service redirects you to a site where you have to pay for help. The call center tells you that you cannot cancel your order since one item is going to be at the store and it’s all one order. I paid $9 for shipping and lost the money for the item that I’m not picking up because the store is so far away. A total scam! They use fraudulent business practices to scam customers! I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I’ll be leaving bad reviews everywhere for this fraudulent company!!!!

I have received no help with an issue that I had concerning a coupon. I’ve tried chatting, Facebook, and X to get in touch and have received no help. They simply don’t care. If you do need to purchase something from Kohl’s, I would recommend not purchasing online. I have had so many issues with orders coming broken or not at all. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!

Worst customer service ever- in the store, on the phone and online too! They don't care about customers anymore. To exchange one item you need to spend two hours.Who have this time? I will not exchange it, but this was my last order there. This is ridiculous! I have never been that disappointed with customer service.

My Kohl's card and Kohl's.com accounts were hacked, and the fraud department and customer service department have given me the runaround since June 23, 2024. It's July 26th. All I needed was account statements and list of recent activity mailed (or emailed) to me, so I can see which charges were mine, and which charges were made by someone in another state. I wanted this information before my statement's due date on July 6th. After paying the statement balance, speaking with NINE people, being the phone for 8 hours, and receiving a pack of statements from 2022, I still don't have the June 2024 charges or a list of recent activity. One charge was removed, but I can't verify the other charges since I can't get into my online accounts. Speaking with people - who are reading from a script - is unhelpful. I asked for a supervisor, and they asked, "Why?" I canceled my card since the fraud department didn't even offer to do that or offer to issue me a new one. Isn't that standard procedure? I can't get this time back. I can't ever shop there again.

What's up with Kohl's? I've been a customer for 15+ years and in the last 1.5 yr there has been a BIG change, I NO longer like shopping here. They use to have better merchandise and reasonable prices. But they NO longer do. My last 3 pick-up store orders did NOT include the sales receipt. The phone spanish speaking customer service can't be WORSE. Always giving me the "run around answers" and never get a call back from the supervisor, as promised by agent! Kohl's better shape up!!!
