Should not even be rated one. Ordered 2 rings from Koala, took an age to deliver and one (Dragon ring) broke as soon as I put it on my finger. Contacted them to ask for a refund and they said they would send another one out..this was 3 months ago and I've still not received it. Do not get tricked like all of us who thought we would support a 'closing down sale', do not be tempted by the price drops...the products are faulty, the company is misleading and their ability to respect their customers is non existent!

Don’t be fooled Over inflated prices that have been reduced to make you think you're getting a bargain. The quality is very bad (it’s a shame that I cannot attach a photo). I requested a refund and they replied that the product must be returned at my own expense with recorded delivery or that alternatively, I can keep the ring and get a 20% refund and a special discount code to use on any product in their shop. NO WAY! I will never in million years buy anything from them again. 20% of the amount I paid is what I should be paying for the rubbish that they sent to me.

Don’t even want to award 1star. Do not buy from this company the products are total rubbish. The pictures on the website are misleading , the size of the products in the pictures is misleading and the quoted original price is unbelievable . I have never written a review before but am so annoyed with the dire poor quality that I am writing this. Please do not be fooled.

Awful quality, over priced, very disappointed. The quality is so bad my ears are sore! Haven’t experienced that ever before. Do not buy from this supplier.

Wish I'd read Trustpilot before ordering. Have been screaming for a refund for two weeks and not being appropriately replied to. It's been 7 weeks since placing order and if it ever arrives expecting utter rubbish... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Same rings on shein for about £1.50 koala charging £19 total sham and should be ashamed

I wish I'd read the reviews before buying from this company. Ordered 2 silver rings that took over 6 weeks to arrive. I thought they were based in the UK...why would they take so long to arrive. These funds were supposed to be silver, absolutely not. Just because you stamp something that looks like silver 925 doesn't make it so. Don't be fooled people. Avoid at all costs...just cheap metal with over inflated prices that have been reduced to make you think you're getting a bargain

I too wish I’d read reviews before ordering two pairs of earrings. They haven’t arrived yet and although supposedly UK based, I wonder why emails I’ve received have had Spanish headings! They did not apply the 15% discount code I was supposedly owed, and I had to contact them about that. They say they have now credited me with the £6 I was due. When I try tracking my parcel it says the tracking number cannot be found. I have been taken for a ride, I fear.
