Dreadful site. Should have known better. Received a rubbish pair of earrings that were made of plastic and nothing like what I ordered! I should have researched this Facebook advertisement. It is a SCAM.

I ordered a beautiful antique gold earrings. I got a very cheap pair of earrings. It doesn't look anything like the photo in the description. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Oh dear should have read this first ...waiting for earrings to arrive ...taking longer than anticipated so did begin to wonder when tracking advice said on the way expected in another 10 days I was on the impression it was uk based. Feel really stupid now to have not researched company more Well have to say earrings did arrive quicker than anticipated and are actually quite nice....they look quite stable so hopefully should last a while...have upped review a star as feel guilty for judging in haste...however advertising bit misleading as gives the impression it is a uk based company.

Cheap rubbish. Item described as natural pearls in the description reduced from £100 to £24.99. Customer service not very helpful and they make it very difficult to return (and st your expense despite them being in the wrong with the description) and get a refund. Really awful.

This company doesn't look to improve at all. Ordered an enamel flower adjustable ring. Wore the ring for two days in January before it broke - emailed the company who would not give me a refund for the broken ring because the item was delivered to me on the 19th December and "I only had 14 days from that date to return the item for a refund" - even though I didn't wear it until January and I didn't know in December that it was going to break within two days. Have emailed numerous times after that but now - no reply at all. The two other items I also ordered were both cheap and nasty. Stay away from this company!!

Ordered what looked like a beautiful silver adjustable daisy enamel ring. What I got was what looked like a child’s plastic ring that was bent out of shape & the daisies were so small you couldn’t work out what they were. Took over 3 weeks to come & a complete waste of £20!!

Bought a adjustable ring over the Xmas period, so it was some time arriving. Unfortunately it broke about four weeks later. Emailed and told them, to receive the reply stating a 14 return was only acceptable. As it was longer than that coming I returned a email stating the “must be fit for purpose” & have a 12mth warranty. Needless to say I have heard nothing since. So no service, no manners, and no legal warranty. Just ignorance.
