DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! using other artists work and claiming it as their own!! Sending cheap alternatives instead as per other reviews, do small businesses a favour, buy direct from makers and make these cheap Chinese knock off companies go out of business instead of genuine makers who need your business!

I ordered a necklace and a ring from Koala brand that have never arrived. The company provided me a tracking link for Evry that showed that the order apparently returned to the sender. The order has never been delivered to my address neither I have received refund for the delivery missing products. I was told that they investigate the issue but nearly 2 weeks later I still haven’t got update or refund.

Ordered a silver ring and received a plastic one. Makes out it is a small uk run business and is China based.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Complete and utter scam. Crystal was plastic and gold well who knows. Earring posts were too big to fit my ears. Do NOT even think about it people. Option to return back to china at own expense and then half price voucher to purchase something else…NO WAY!!! Can’t believe I was so stupid.

Jewelry is cheap and badly made, returns policy not honoured. Do not buy from this company.

I bought a ring which fits any size. After wearing 3 times it broke at the weak point. I cannot get a refund as it wasn’t broke when I received it. I expect it to last longer than 3 wears. They offered 30% discount off anything else but as the ring was poor quality I will not be using them again.
