Like most people here, I wish I’d searched this before buying two pairs of earrings. Absolutely scammed and I even opted to pay the return costs to China - for a “quality product made in the UK” - NOT, out of principle. Will I get my refund?

I thought that these offers from Koala were too good to be true. Having been conned before by sending money for sale jewellery that I never received. I looked at the Koala reviews before placing an order. Thanks for letting me know guys!!! What a disgrace that these so called companies are allowed to trade. Why are they not sued ?

Got stung by this company claiming to be be in Britain but don't advertise return address being China!! I'd advise anyone who don't get refunded to contact credit card company for reverse charge... These companies need to be stopped!!

Well, I don’t like ordering anything on Facebook anymore. These Chinese companies just rip off Westerners and probably spoil business for the decent ones. Even Amazon is infested with them. You have to be careful. Research the actual address and watch for misspellings. I was going to buy 2 rings from Koala but I got suspicious. Be China wary!

This company is a disgrace. Goods misrepresented, when returned no intention of money being refunded. It should not be allowed to have a platform to sell. Do not be tempted by “offers” they are dishonest.

if i would have given no stars i could. Cheap and tacky and overpriced. I wish i'd never ordered from them. I wouldn't pay even 50p if buying from a shop. Avoid totally. They are a total rip off

I didn't even want to give 1 star but that's the lowest you can give!!! I ordered a pair of earrings and when they arrived they were completely different from the photo advertised. Bad quality. I complained demanding a refund and was told "I received the product I ordered" and that it was my responsibility to pay for shipping to return the item. How they can think these products are the same is beyond me!!! Never buy from them!

Avoid at all cost! Very poor quality and cheap. I bought from them but wanted to return and refund. They want me to send it to China! Next time I will read reviews first!
