KoalajewelsbrandReviews of koalajewelsbrand.com

I ordered the dragonfly necklace for £19.99. It had not arrived even though their shipping app says it has. Don’t buy, the company has not replied to my emails and I doubt I’ll get my Mon back or the product I ordered.

Very poor quality. The 70% discount is there to promote purchase. The rings l purchased left a nasty black residue on my fingers. Two were so small a 3 year d could wear them and the ankle bracelet broke. Not even worth the reduced price. I am currently waiting for a refund. However reading all the reviews l do not hold out much hope. As already read, l was offered 15%, increased to 30 then 40, but l don't think that will be happening. There should be someone out there to hold the company to account.

Ordered the owl ring at the beginning of April. Despite numerous emails to them and numerous automated ones and others back I have still not received this item. I have been asking for a refund but still nothing. I would not advise anyone to order from this company.

This is a fraudulent company they do not sell 925 silver, it’s just poorly plated full of nickel items that you would find in a Christmas cracker ( tested items with jewellers X-ray machine ) and Customer service is disgusting they won’t give you money back stating you have to pay for the item to be returned to China even though they give the impression they are a uk company ! Everything on the website is false. Scam scam scam

Thats is shame for them to say is hand made jewellery is rubbish product and the price is very high i notice some of products is similar on Shein Company where is very cheap and Koala sell it very high price i wish to check the reviews..Shame on you Koala this is scam...

I received my orders and they are the kind of jewelry I'd expect to find in the clothing section of a supermarket for £2. One was supposed to have 3 opals but actually they were plastic and glued on. Not even good imitation - I just feel completely robbed.

I should have read these reviews before making my purchase... after receiving the parcel (2 rings, 1 necklace and 1 pair of earrings) ,I confirm what everyone else has already written: very bad quality... I bought these items as they was a massive discount and still they are not worth a thing

Absolutely awful products, make your skin turn green!!! When telling customer services they tell me they’ll give me a 30% discount code to buy more jewellery from them! As if I would do that when it turns your skin green
