First order was fine. Second order and both items were faulty. They said they'd replace them but I just wanted my money back. 5 months on and all I get is excuses on email. They are an awful company. So much for a 30 day money back guarantee.

If I could have given this company 0 stars, I would have! Rubbish and cheap quality items from China. When you ask to return as the item is faulty, they request that you pay the return postage costs! Avoid!

Many of these jewellery can be found on Shein, where instead of paying £20 for a ring, you pay £1-2 and the quality is the same. And also they are not located on the UK. The parcel came from China. Don't waste your money!

The advertised 2 rings both stated silver in the title so I presumed they would both be silver. One had the 925 mark on it and is fine. The other one started to go bronze within a few days! I emailed them, got no response so chased it up again. They asked me to return the ring at my own cost and then they would refund me or they would give me 15% refund. I opted for the latter as it'll cost a lot to send the ring back. Their argument was that it was stated on the ad it isn't real silver... I didnt see it!

If I could I would give less than a star..except at least I received the product. Quality is not good, earings too thick to put in ear. They went quiet after my first email to ask for return, and the emails I send to them are now redirected straight to me. What a con! Stay well away

No confirmation email so contacted company after 10 days of no delivery or confirmation. Company assured me item should arrive soon. Received today. Item not what was pictured! Original price £66, sale price £16 for a ring that is probably worth at most £5. Just found the same ring as what I received for £2.60 brand new on eBay. After reading all the reviews here can’t be bothered with refund and paying for that myself. Item differs to picture in terms of quality and design/shape slightly.

I ordered the dragonfly drop earring can't even get through the piercing in my ear. Absolutely shocking the items you send out. I have been stung once before with Lighti in the box. Never again going straight in the bin. Thanks for prompt delivery they will probably make my ear lobes fall off.Do not touch anyone cheap utter rubbish

Please don't buy from this company. I have ordered a ring and bracelet that looked quite nice on the photo and it stated it was a silver. What has arrived was a cheap Chinese junk. It did not even have a silver weight to it. I want the refund so they offer me 15% discount and to keep my junk, still no return address. stay away please .I wish I could do more to stop them from tricking other people to buy it
