ORDER #19237 I've queried many times of where my order is and kept being told its on its way. Very disappointed that as I've spent quite a large amount of money on the items that I've purchased and I've only received 1 item from the 10 items that I ordered. Edited* - still awaiting my refund of £120+ as I only received 1 item and the rest was never sent to me... disgusting!!

I am still waiting for items I ordered in January., Two months ago I asked for refund instead but they (a "Susan" looking after "customer services") keep "reassuring me" that they are waiting for the response from their warehouse regarding a new package. Do not purchase anything from them.

Was literally about to place on order with these guys, had a few really cute and unusual pieces of jewellery in the basket, just about to go to payment info when it suddenly occurred to me to just quickly check whether this company had any reviews, and WOW!!! my Spidey senses paid off!!! Thank you to all of you who took the time to write a review and save myself and hopefully many others their money and a lot of irritation, needless to say, I have shut this page down and will not be purchasing a thing from them. It's just a shame these scammers can't be stopped and will continue to rip people off!!! :(

Please do not order from this company. I ordered several Pieces of jewellery from them for around £80 and did not receive a confirmation email for my order. Over a month passed and when I hadn’t received my order I contacted them. They said that Evri had delivered my package. A week earlier I had received a small package containing 1 glittery ring and 1 pair of earrings which were broken. They looked like something a little girl would win at a fun fair . There was no indication inside the package about who they were from so I just disregarded them not thinking that was my order. This company is a scam. I believe now that they take your order, don’t send a confirmation then send you worthless trinkets so that they have proof of posting. £80 down the drain

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I bought two ‘silver’ rings which came around 2 weeks later bearing in mind they say they’re UK based. The rings came in a cheap clear plastic bag and were sharp and have caused irritation. I contacted the company got a fast response and they asked to pay for postage I agreed. Now they have stopped responding to all my emails and essentially lost out on a fair bit of money. Don’t waste your time or money on this company they are clearly not legit and they’re scammers and just take your money.

Fake claims for gold jewellery as it's not real gold even though before sale prices make it look real...

I finally ordered the pearl necklet and earrings for my sister when they dropped to 95% off. I emailed Koala to ask were they real pearls ,honestly, before I opened cheap plastic bag to check for myself. Replies about as honest and useful as Wowcher's. The emails now have disappeared; so after reading these reviews here, I'm now going to open that bag. Thanks for all your sharing. I too wish I'd read them before ordering.

I received my earings eventually and they were bent these eating had one stone each and only one stone was in place the missing one was not in the bag they were bent and not fit for wearing...I sent photos and have sent several emails several months have passed and still the replacement ones have not arrived..it is a computer generated reply I wanted a refund and I am not at all happy with this company
