Wish I could give no stars! Complete rip off I ordered a pair of earrings and a few days later received a despatch emails along with Evri tracking! Tracking doesn’t exist I’ve sent 3 emails requesting correct tracking to no avail not one reply so I’ll wait for the 14 days and request a refund through my bank

I purchased to cat earrings that curl around your ear, one black and one silver, there is no way they sit on your ear. There is a bar that is attached through your ear lobe piecing that should hold it in place, no butterfly provided on either earring. Plus, a partly open ring on the top of the back of the earring which presumably should grip on to the cartilage part of the ear known as the Helix. The earrings are too heavy and just fall off. What a waste of money.

Absolutely dreadful this is a scam their jewelry is cheap and horrible I even had a product in a Shein bag sent to me. I am getting in touch with my bank in order to get my money back, do not buy from these people

Very disappointing. I ordered the silver starfish necklace. Certainly not opal or any stone, it’s paint! Don’t buy from them and waste your money.

I placed an order for the Natural Pearl Necklace and earing set as I seem they advertised on Facebook in begining of July, I received the necklace and jewellery set but they don't look like as what they advertised and they look very cheap and plastic, I started to realised it might be a scam so I requested to return and refund immediately , I sent them 5 emails but no response which I can confirmed they are not a genuine company. Please don't waste your time and money to purchase from them. I wish I have done some reserach first before placing any order through Facebook advert. They use a different compay name to received your money which showed on my bank statement as velanajewelry.com.

A complete hoax. The jewelery received is of very poor quality, it seems to be made of plastic. When you want to return the order, they don't answer you. Is it some kind of scam? I do not recommend anyone to buy there.
