Major SCAM! Absolute joke of a company, brand and customer service. Ordered earnings that's a paint pallette and brush, it's been 4 weeks and eventually received a parcel today...with two wrong earrings!!! Completely different. They didn't even ship the correct item. No one replies after complaining and trying to get the correct order I paid for.

Wish I had seen these reviews before buying from Koalajewelsbrand!! Just received one of three items ordered & despite description on website, this is not 925 sterling silver. Absolutely no marking whatsoever & looks & feels like something from an amusement arcade....rubbish.... buyers beware!!
