Ordered 4 pieces of jewellery from this company but have received nothing from then, no email notifications no reply to my emails asking about my order, nothing. What a scam! Just wanted to buy nice piece of jewellery for my granddaughters, avoid this company at all cost

Purchased a pair of earrings, one broke on the second wearing, I am still trying to get either a replacement or refund. Do NOT buy from this company.

IT IS A SCAM, do not purchase any jewellery from them, the jewelleryis sorces from Shien! I paid over £70 for rings and earrings, only to discover when they arrived how cheap looking were and upon further inspection and searching, I realised all of these were from Shien!! One of the rings was £1.50 on Shien but I paid £19 on Koala!! Wish I had done my research!

This company should be shut down. It’s a complete scam. Jewellery is cheap. I received damaged items and have been chasing for a replacement or refund. Susan in customer services just says there’s a problem with the warehouse. The constantly seem to have a closing down sale. If nobody buys from them then they might actually close down! Do not buy from this company!

I ordered on 25th May and still waiting, its now August. Contacted them and they won't refund unless parcel is returned. I've not received anything. Evri was the delivery agent which say a lot anyway. Very annoying as I'm out if pocket and no items arrived. Don't bother with this company at all. Useless people.

Ordered and paid for goods on 26/07/23. The web site is infected with a virus unable to contact them, who apparently can't find my order. Contacted my credit card today to report a fraud and cancel payment. Could have saved time if I had checked the reviews.
