Item took a long time to arrive, was bad quality. When I contacted them to return it they ignored my email. Do not buy from this brand

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I made 2 orders and jewelry isn’t as described very cheap looking and clearly isn’t silver. I sent several emails that were ignored. I then send a message on Facebook, and initially got a response, but as soon as I asked for a refund, they blocked me. Scam company do not order from these people.

This is a scam company whose photographic images of 'closing down sale' jewellery (a closing down sale which never really ends) and is nothing like the quality of items you will receive, which are cheap, christmas cracker quality flimsy items not worth the sale price let alone the supposed retail price they were reduced from. They also sent me two sets and charged me for two sets when I had clearly cancelled one set on the day I ordered them, which is against their stated policy. I paid £50 for something not even worth a fiver. Avoid. All the Koala reviews are fake.

wow..didnt realise i could of saved myself money using temu or shein,like i paid 35 ,on there closing down sale,i thought I was supporting a brand ,tuens out i could of paid 8 quid...

I ordered, and paid for, a pair of Starfish earrings from this company on 5th August 2023 after viewing their products via their Facebook page....I am still awaiting delivery. I have emailed them twice but not received a response. Very poor customer service Reading other TP reviews, it would seem this is a regular problem

The site is closing down. Be aware buying anything as you may loose your money but not get items or get bad quality/damaged ones as per previous reviews.

Same I was sent a broken necklace just raised a claim through my bank 🤞

Do not but from this company! I ordered for my niece a ring she liked. She then decided no she'll have money instead. No response at all, this was on the same day that I cancelled it. Sent several emails from their contact page nothing. Sent to their email, came back truncated, Domain not found. Spent a lot of time trying to get a responce. It's not a decent site. I would give no stars, but can't write a review
