I ordered a ring a month ago when it came it was wrong one so I returned it with a letter telling them I wanted my full refund. and I also send lots of emails I sent my ring back recorded delivery so they would have no excuse to say they didn't receive it this was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund plus they are egnoring my emails now.

Where to start! An age to deliver an item (supposedly based in UK). Awful customer service ( I immediately asked for a refund when the item wasn't as described) and have had an auto reply saying I will be contacted - I haven't been. Just awful. I made the mistake of looking at their professional looking website and not the trust pilot reviews on here. They need shutting down. Anyone reading this..... Trust me .... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Waste of money

I ordered a necklace and earrings not received was told I would get 15% off for being a new customer wasn’t deducted, spent £51 not got any reply to complaints and they advised it would take 20 days to get the item. Told them to cancel the order and credit my account, as yet received no reply. Really wish I’d of checked out Trust Pilot. Do not buy from this company.

Do not touch this company! My error for not looking at Trustpilot before I placed an order. Absolutely, the quality is appalling & all seems very dodgy. I wait to see if I will ever get my refund.

A rip off. I’ve been trying to get a refund for the last 5 months since they haven’t send me a replacement for the damaged item received. You get the same automated email every time …. They are tracking down the order with the warehouse …..
