Wish I had read the reviews. I believed I was ordering earrings from a UK based company, I dont think they are. I ordered them on 7/12/23 and still have not received them, The tracking information is useless and the are unresponsive to emails.

Beware the things they sell are nothing like what the website looks like. It’s a proper scam they are running, rings I bought as Christmas gifts are so lightweight they are basically plastic with a metallic coating. So expensive for what you get. Nothing is adjustable either, the ring just breaks when you try to open it. Customer service is a smoke screen to delay any communication you might try to make towards a replacement or refund. Totally shocking, fair enough got done one this time and will be more careful next time. Always look at independent reviews first and don’t trust anything Facebook tries to sell you Omg 😱

I do hope people read reviews before buying from this company. Very impressive website claiming closing so stock reduced. All correspondence very efficient and I did receive the jewellery in the stated time BUT quality is RUBBISH. Cheap and tacky, something you would buy off a market stall for less than a fiver. I am not going to return it as reading other reviews that would be waste of time and effort. So basically £40 wasted! Just to get the message across again DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

In Oct.I had a ring stolen or lost in transit I have sent at least 15 emails to Koala to no avail.The post office sent me the bubble wrap envelope torn open and trodden on in a see through envelope with an apologise. When I phoned the Post Office they gave me a ref. no and told me to get in touch with Koala as Koala had to claim from the post office and compensate me. They have done nothing.It was a present for my granddaughters 21. I have sent 3 lots of photos of the envelope which they asked for 3 times ,what a company.Please be careful. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY....ITS A SCAM. MINUS STARS SHOULD BE POSSIBLE IN ORDER TO RATE Again I too wish I had read the reviews...after being so careful with scammers and detecting them easily, I was sucked in by these scammers. I received the glow necklaces and had a free gift of a pair of earrings. The glow ball in the necklace DOES NOT GLOW ( i have a clock in my kitchen with the same glow in the dark feature and the glow is nothing like my clock. It doesnt glow at all) And the free earrings were completely different to the one I had on my order (I know it was free but anyway)...The quality is poor. I bought two, one for my bext friend and one for myself...They do not reply to emails when you follow to returns/refund policy. Now im stuck with these items, money down at Christmas and have to but something else for my friend.

Ordered earrings and they were not as advertised. Wish I had thought to check here first. Avoid buying from the site. I asked to return. The reply came a month later and stated to return them to the warehouse without giving an address. They will have to be sent registered delivery but having read other reviews I am not sure it is worth the hassle.

Placed an order for a pair of earrings but then the order was updated to include a mystery gift which nearly doubled the price. I responded within 30 mins to dispute this addition but since then I have been given the run around as they would not comply with the initial order. Do not trust this company as they are the original Chinese Whisperers - you start with th truth but end up with a cauldron of lies.
