Ordered one pair of earrings and then placed a separate order for two more pairs. Well the first pair has not arrived but the second order for two pairs has. To be honest the earrings I received were as expected and acceptable but despite trying to make contact with Koala Customer Services several times regarding the missing pair, I have had no success. It seems like I too, have been scammed. I would certainly advise caution if ordering from this company.

Load of Rubbish, they make the jewellery look beautiful!!!! Mine came and it looked as if it was bought from a lucky bag. Looked really cheap "and I mean cheap". Don't know where or what country it came from, but AVOID, don't waste your money

Rubbish. Ordered three pairs of earrings from this scam website. They took weeks to arrive and with no communication from them after I ordered I began to feel suspicious. I should have read the reviews. The earrings arrived…tiny, cheap and nasty, tiny plastic backs, the stones were just dull pieces of ordinary stones. I found one set for sale on another website for £1.43 and not the £25.00. That I had paid. Haven’t bothered to send them back after reading reviews. I don’t need the hassle. Now I read the reviews. DO NOT buy from this cheap scammer.

Wish I had come here to read the reviews!! I ALSO GOT SCAMMED BY THEM!! I ordered an adjustable ring £19.99 said it was closing down and the original price was £69.99. It took weeks to arrive and when I opened the package they had send me a bracelet instead and a free pair of plastic earrings!!! The bracelet is cheap and nasty too and looks black ! Something you would get in a Christmas cracker !!! Then I come here to find out they are a bogus website in China !! Surely something needs to be done to remove this website they are scamming people!

Disgusting company AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Unlike some others, we received the rings we ordered, but THEY WERE NOT AS ADVERTISED, but cheap knock offs, the "spinner ring" didn't spin and is so small it won't fit - definitely not the size or quality we ordered, the fish rings (we ordered 2unfortunately) were not what was advertised either - the band was meant to be non adjustable whole band, but what we got were tiny rings which were open at the back, to make them fit we had to expand them but a large part of our finger pokes out the gap. It's too uncomfortable to wear. Have sent several emails in varying degrees of politeness asking for what was advertised or refunds. All we get is the same computer generated reply...we will look into it.... But they NEVER reply further. Time has run out now for any refund. FRUSTRATED!!! I am thinking of reporting to Trading Standards

I wouldn't even give this company 1star. Shocking service and extremely poor quality. None of the advertising states that the products are coming from China and the quality is like it's out of a Christmas cracker. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I paid £19.99 for a pair of earrings. I ordered silver ones and they sent me fake gold ones instead, which are the quality of something you would get from a cheap tacky christmas cracker. This company is totally false advertising. Trading Standards needs to be informed.
