DO NOT BUY from this lot! This company is a scam. They tell you you will get a quality item at a reduced price. They send you a cheap piece of jewellery which lookd nothing like the photograph of the jewellery you think you have bought. NOTHING about this company is genuine. You will not get a refund . They are complete rip off artists. Infact, they are thieves. DO NOT BUY THEIR TAT.

I ordered two rings. The first arrived and was completely the wrong size. I immediately emailed them, sent proof of order etc and was told I needed to send photos. I sent photos to be told they couldn't open them. Never had this problem before, but, I still sent them again and also requested a return address. Nothing! The following day, second ring arrives, correct size but silver, not rose gold! The jewellery is sub standard, worth possibly a fiver a ring (at best) and you cannot get a refund or return it! The only address is for a distribution centre, so pretty pointless sending it there! Stay well clear!

Terrible people are not about giving refunds for their crap jewellery. I was sent a ring back. They’re now telling me it’s the wrong place and it was on the envelope that it arrived in and I paid to have it tracked to get it back to them because if they didn’t receive it, they wouldn’t refund the money. They are awful awful people do not buy anything from them.

The items I have order, earings that is very hard to open, and the ring nothing similar to what KOALA JEWELLERY ADVERTISED. I've sent an email about returning and refund and not reply at all. Regrettably the ITEMS are horrible.

Only a one star as I can’t go any lower. Awful company, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I made that mistake in feb 24, five months later I am still waiting for a response. I did have a couple of replies where they said they were checking with their suppliers and delivery dates, but apparently still not dispatched. Doubt it ever will be. Better off burning money in the garden than sending to this lot.

All of the jewelry I ordered are cheap copies. None are stirling silver and the earring are different colors. Do not waste your money, SCAM!
