If I could put zero I would .. it’s trash. Whatever description they put is false .. not good enough for the charity shop. No such thing as a free lunch Beware

Utter tat!! I read all the reviews only after placing my order so I had low expectations anyway. To be fair, they do resemble the website photo, but as many others have already said...they are more Christmas cracker than the handcrafted jewellery described. They did arrive pretty quickly though, but have gone straight in the bin. I cannot be bothered to chat with Susan and consider myself lucky I only wasted £21. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered quite a few items from this company, on receiving the items I was disappointed with the quality, they advised as silver, stamped 925 but after wearing a couple of times it turned a copper colour, I contacted them a number of time about returning the items, they told me to send photos of each item, which I did and the reason for returning, since then I have emailed several times since, but I get no reply, so I'm now 138.00 pounds down and a load of cheap metal/plastic that I wouldn't even be able to scrap, I'm so upset about this, and I'm going to try and find a way of finding this company

Did receive earrings I ordered but not the quality I expected for the money paid.They certainly aren't hand made in UK. China!

I have had exactly the same experience as everyone else. I received the correct ring after three weeks but it was the wrong size. I wanted the size bigger so sent it back to the return address on the order in Leicestershire. Nothing happened so I contacted the company. ‘Susan’ replied saying the address was a courier company and I must return the ring to China. I can’t retrieve it so she offered me a 40% refund. I sent the original order form and was told it had the wrong name on it. It is clear I am never going to get a proper response from this company. Do not buy from this company.

This is a deceptive organisation . I actually ordered from koalabrandjewels, but it appears to be exactly the same company. They pretend or try to make it look like they are a Spanish speaking company- but they are actually Chinese. I ordered from them 3 pairs of earrings as gifts. because I ordered three there was supposed to be a free gift of a ring and earrings (these have never shown up). I received the first two pairs and they were fairly close to the pictures on their website. The third pair did show up, and was way past its expected delivery date. Earring finally arrived. They were nothing like what I ordered. I have done many emails now back and forth (feels like you are talking to a bot) and send images to show what I ordered versus what I received. The said they wanted to make me happy, so they would give me a 20% discount. I asked to return them several times. They will allow me to return the item I didn't order, but I have to pay the shipping to China. It is quite clear they didn't have the item I bought, so instead of coming back and letting me know they decided that I wouldn't notice. Even a blind person would notice (literally) as the earrings are a completely different shape. I doubt I will ever get any money back from them.

Spent nearly £60 but when it came it was very cheap and nasty One necklace was bent and the earrings were on the wrong way round Contacted them straight away & they asked for proof & pic of packaging which I sent I got offered 20% to keep I refused, then 30% then 40% which I refused They then send a return address in China Talking to SUSAN on chat I explained I wasn’t sending them to China but I will send them back to the uk address on the packaging which she said was ok I spent £7.95 on special delivery and the item was delivered to UK address next day I sent an email explaining I wanted refunding for return postage and sent confirmation they had been delivered Then…received an email from SUSAN saying “in order to get a refund I had to collect my package back up” and return to China address after she said it was “okay” I’m now £60 out of pocket I’m contacting the police as this is fraud I’m so angry 😡
