The worst company ever! I'm still waiting for a pair of free earrings after placing an order a while ago. I've sent numerous emails but nothing has been done and they had the cheek to ask for a picture of the packaging that the necklace came in as if to say I was a liar! They have had lots of occasions to put this right but you just get ignored. They are quick enough to take your money for some cheap jewellery.

Buyers beware. Their jewellery is absolute tat. Their returns policy is a joke. Their response to problems with their products is atrocious. China!! where did that pop up from? There is no clue of China being involved until you want to take advantage of their “freedom to return the item, for a refund” then you find out that if you really want to pursue returning your item it has to go to China!! Even though your parcel gives you a return address in the UK. Charlatans avoid like the plague.

The order was placed on 1 February it finally arrived 6 weeks later on the 16 March after I had put comments on their advertising sites. Awful cheap looking goods grossly overpriced. Read on here to return to China though advertising as a UK company with address in Leicester. Personally I'd advise to give this company a wide berth.

I ordered two pairs of earrings from this company on 19th January. They looked great on the website and just what I was looking for - a wee birthday treat for myself. I paid £45 for the order and while not expecting precious jewels or sterling silver I thought this was a fair price for reasonable quality costume jewellery. When they arrived they were cheap nasty trash! I emailed them right away saying I would be returning them for a full refund. No response after 3 attempts,then followed a long email exchange where they wanted pictures and variously offered refunds of 15%, 30% or 40% if I would keep them. I refused all of these offers and requested each time for them to confirm the return address which they failed to do until I said I was going to send them back to the return address on the packaging, which was a warehouse in Leicester. It was only then that they said they would have to go back to China at my own expense!! This despite the fact they are trading as 'Koala Brand UK'!! At this point I guess many would just give up but I was raging! It was a small parcel so I paid an extra £9.00 to send them via a tracking service. After languishing in Chinese Customs for over a month waiting for the recipient to contact them regarding duty, I emailed them again, and finally, FINALLY, I have today received a full refund into my bank account. So I suppose its good news if you stick to your guns and consider it worth it to pay the postage back to China, there is a chance you will get a satisfactory resolution but best idea is avoid dealing with this company in any shape or form. Updated September 2024 - Seven months after I sent the goods to China, the parcel has been returned to me!! I can only assume that either the company refused to respond to Chinese Customs regarding the duty which was due, or more likely, the address I was given by these scammers does not exist! I have my refund, but I will be keeping a very close eye on my bank account over the next few weeks!!

Do not touch with a bargepole it is the cheapest, nastiest jewellery that I have ever seen in my life. Someone else described it as something you find in a Christmas Cracker, I would say they were being kind !

OMG do not waste your money on jewellery from this company. I ordered a ring 4 weeks ago, it arrived today.... it is such poor quality, misshapen, the "Blue Topaz" is paint!! advertisement shows hallmark, white gold on brass..... lol what a joke. I know.... you get what you pay for.... but false advertising.
